Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Coupon for 4 hours of house cleaning at $10 off the original price of $99. The 4 hours of work was serviced by 3 people in a shorter time period. | |When scheduling, I was promised that an experienced crew would come to clean and vacuum. What we got instead was an experienced lead cleaner with two helpers, one of whom was "still in training" (which I wasn't informed of until after arrival). The quality and quantity of the work ranged from good to fair depending on who did it. Poor work was done by one of the helpers: one of the bathrooms still had dull surfaces and a dirty toilet bowl after she finished cleaning. I gave a C average grade and probably won't rehire this cleaning service because of that. |

Description of Work: The pair are great at complete clean ups of our house made dirty and dusty by three furry pets.

Description of Work: despite repeated emails and phone calls, provider would not agree to come to my home to give me an estimate for services. I concluded they were not interested in having me as a client.

They did not ask if there was anything specific that I wanted done they just came in and did their own thing, that is fine but when its your first visit it would be nice to set expectations. They had extra time and didn't ask if there was anything else they could do. I have switched services so that I can get a more personalized experience.

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED MY DAYCARE PLAYROOM WHICH REALLY NEEDED SOME TLC. THEY WERE AWESOME.

Description of Work: The provider emailed after the coupon purchase stating they refused to do the four hours of promised cleaning because it was a move out cleaning and would be too hard. It was very difficult to get my money back from Angie's List as well. Very disappointed by both the provider and Angie's List.

Description of Work: Cleaned my 1500 s f house. Routine dusting, vacuuming, wiping outside cabinets and microwave and other surfaces.

Description of Work: Arrived 20min late without calling to inform me they would be late and this was after a "no show" on the first appointment. My requested "emphasis " was floors. They thought they were done 20min early and were loading up to leave. The floors were dull and not satisfactorily cleaned so they quickly went over them again using one of my products with a better result and still were able to leave on time. |
