About us

We provide our clients with very thorough cleanings and backs everything with a "Polished Guarantee." Everyone at our company enjoys cleaning and it shows in the work we provide. When doing business with The Polished Home you will experience superb customer service and will be well taken care of at all times. We currently have eighteen housecleaners and do not hire subcontractors to complete our work. Cost is determined by the job and free estimates are happily given. We carry full liability insurance and all employees are covered by workers compensation. In addition, all employees are drug screened and background checked before entering our training program. Description of Work: Bought the deal for 4 hours of cleaning which was 2 cleaners doing 2 hours of cleaning. They did a fabulous job, they were running a little behind schedule but they kept me up to date on when they would be there. Very professional.

Description of Work: I hired them because of a daily deal but I will continue to use them in the future. I have had cleaners for years and have never had a cleaning this good. They attended to details I've never had a cleaner take care of. They even washed out the dog's bowl, polished the washer and drier and folded our towels in a fancy way, like a hotel! Their rates are very reasonable and they don't ask for a minimum or a regular commitment, which is perfect for me. I clean my house regularly but I'll probably have them come in every 2-3 months to do a super clean. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: Amy, the owner, visited my home as scheduled and came up with various cleaning plans to fit my needs and budget. Her company is licensed, bonded, and insured. Her team is thorough, flexible, and trustworthy. They have been willing to accept that I have some slovenly housekeeping habits yet they are non-judgmental and optimistic. When I get home from work, I immediately feel a freshness to my house and know a positive cleaning experience has taken over my house again leaving me with wonderful, enjoyable results. I highly recommend this company.
