Description of Work: They went into my computer remotely and cleaned up the files so my computer would run faster. I don't know much about this from a technical standpoint, but they seemed to know what they were doing. Only problem is, my computer doesn't seem to run much faster that I can tell, and I'm not sure why. It might be because I have too many image files stored on it.

Description of Work: I used the $49.00 special from Angie's list, but decided that since I had Windows XP, I'd let Tekology upgrade my computer to Windows 7, plus they had to clean out my computer that was so jammed with unnecessary programs. I also purchased their monthly service for three months to try it out. I also have a good anti-virus that they installed (Avast.) Joe was the technician and he really did a great job on my computer. I have already recommended them to somebody else who needs a computer upgrade. My computer used to freeze up on me and be so slow all the time. It's so great to have a computer that starts right up and works so well now. And I can e-mail Joe if I need anything, and he's great about getting back to me quickly. I missed my Free Cell game that used to be on my Windows XP, and he even just installed that on here for me while I was at the grocery store. It's so nice that he can work on my computer from there. I originally did bring it up the first time though, which I think was a good idea. I highly recommend their service to anyone that's having trouble with their computer, or needs an upgrade. I feel that their price was very fair too, as it's like having a new computer now.

Description of Work: I bought a nice computer tower, but I was unable to get it to perform as it should. It had lots of power, storage and speed, but I could not get it to perform. Jim Jones did a wonderful job bringing my computer to life and making my life a lot easier. Thank you, Jim!

Description of Work: Nate was professional from the start. Returned my inquiries, met me after hours, explained everything about my older computer, but offered options not to leave me unattended in case my old computer wasn't worth fixing. Nate and Tim gave my computer a thorough diagnostic test and found two parts that needed replacing, so now I am up and running. They are kind, experienced, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: My MAC, Ipad and Phone were not communicating well. Nate switched my email to a domaine name, put my files in a new Cloud - all are syncing now with each other - one action on one, goes to the other two. I am one happy client. Thank you!
