Description of Work: Replaced skylights and repaired some roofing.

Description of Work: Mark came to evaluate a problem I was having in a bathroom. Knowledge and experience were required to determine whether the problem was environmental, structural (roof), or a skylight issue. Mark was very thorough in inspecting the skylight and roof. It was obvious his knowledge was complete, and his evaluation was honest. Most importantly, he always had time for phone conversations and always returned calls. We also discussed options with a current skylight I have that is 6'x 6'. Once again, he offered professional recommendations and options. If I do choose to replace this large skylight, there is absolutely no reason for me to consider other companies. I say this in part for what I have written above, but also for the fact that I was convinced the bathroom problem was a skylight problem and that skylight was not purchased from Mark. He was nice enough to listen to me on the phone and come by. The company that I purchased this skylight from would not even return my calls.
