They are very professional and responsive. Based upon my previous experience with lawn maintenace services, I assumed that the service stopped in the winter when the grass wasn't growing and there were no leaves. However, they kept coming or, at least I continued to be billed for the full monthly charge through December and January. I called and an adjustment was made and I'm happy. Now things have been clarified so that I will get and pay for 10 months of service.

l called to schedule an estimate. They arrived the next day and gave me a clear estimate and took notes of details that I asked them to cover. They called me later that evening with a date to do the work. They showed up on time and worked thoroughly and efficiently. They clearly know the plants, trimmed them all back how I wanted them. They cleared away leaves and debris I hadn't even realized needed cleaning. The yards look amazing, and the weeding was done very well. It is now 3 weeks later, and no weeds have shown up since. I will definitely call them again. They were a pleasure to work with, very professional, and a good price for the thoroughness of their work!

Ivan and his crew work diligently for the duration of the project (using plans developed by a landscape architect) and did exceptional work. We could not be happier with how it turned out. His work far exceeded our expectations; he was very meticulous and neat and leaving the yard absolutely spotless. His bid was very reasonable. I highly recommend him!

I've been very happy with their work from the time an estimate was made and a weekly schedule was set up. They are very professional and dependable. I needed an affordable, reliable yard and lawn service for a rental home in Vancouver. Found Mascota's on Angie's list. Phone conversation was courteous, they were very flexible in scheduling, and the price seemed right. I had them do the initial clean-up which included lawn mowing, planting bed clean up, leaf removal. Renter was satisfied. They do regular maintenance on that same property now for $115/month on a small lot. I have noticed improved lawn color and weed free beds upon my visits to the site. Very satisfied.

We hired Mascota's Landscaping to trim our arborvitae hedge last year. They were one of several Landscaping companies that we tried out over the past 2-3 years. They did an Excellent job trimming the hedge and even trimmed back some other perenials without additional charge. Their price for that was the most reasonable in our experience when weighing cost and outcome. I contacted Mascota's again last week to request they come out and do a fall clean up of our yard. (we are behind on that since it is already winter :(. I used their email form on their website to contact them. We have a bit of a unique situation since I am profoundly deaf. Using email and text messaging really makes things so much easier. Of all the Landscapers we have tried out...Mascota's is the best about communicating with me in these formats!!! Not only that, their response time was fantastic!! Hector responded to my email the very next day in text format. He was here to do an estimate at our agreed upon time only 3 days later and he and his crew have already completed the work only 4 days after the initial contact!! They did all of the work listed above and it looks fantastic. Hector's recommendations were spot on and our new Magnolia tree is the perfect choice to replace the fallen lilac tree. He has a great eye for aesthetics to compliment his skill and knowledge. He and his crew worked hard and left behind a pristine looking yard - the well manicured look I was after at a reasonable price! I believe that I have found the landscaping company I have been looking for and will be hiring Mascota's from now on! I heartily recommend them.

Ivan came to meet me for an estimate the day after I contacted him. He was nice, professional and didn't make fun of my neglected overgrown area. I wasn't in a hurry, so they came out a few weeks later and weeded the entire area trimming the overgrown shrubs and trees as well. It looks so nice & is now much more manageable to keep up with.

I called approximately one week ago asking to schedule an estimate for yard work and maintenance. I identified myself as an Angie's list member but never received a return call. This is the 3rd business I've contacted with no response.

the yard needed immediate attention as we were showing the house for sale. mascota's responded without the preliminary "estimate" b.s. as usually requested by all the "A" rated companies i called from angieslist. simply an excellent experience!!!

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. All work was completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased (having used other service providers in the past with mixed results), and now use Mascota's regularly at our new home.

We have had a long relationship with Mascota's Landscape and have always been satisfied with their work. Our yard always looks beautiful and professionally maintained. We are senior citizens with health problems that prevent us from doing yard work and Ivan and Hector have taken care of our property in a very honest and professional manner.

I have been very satisfied with them. I think they are reasonably priced.

I was not home at the time they came to do my bi-weekly service but once I came home the yard has never looked better! They came and completed the work that day and we are so happy with this company. Great work and customer service

Excellent people to work with! Very helpful - very congenial. Hauled away excess debris and offered cleanup of excess debris at no extra cost. I will definately go out of my way to use them again.

Perfect. 2 guys were here all day and 1 was back a second day to finish up. They were so professional and picked up every twig. I don't know how they kept it all so clean but I'll use them again and again for everything.

I emailed them based on reviews from Angie's List. Ivan responded by phone. I described the job. He gave me a price. I told him there was no rush. He called back a few days later to set up a date. We set up a day. I left a check on the door. They did the work. The yard looks great.

We originally hired Mascota's on a job by job basis at our former house. We did not have a large yard and just needed Spring and Fall cleanup with a few visits in between. We did not have a lawn to mow at that time. When we moved to our new house we contracted for weekly service since we have a professionally designed landscape and we wanted to maintain it in the best condition. We have had bids from other companies but Mascota's can't be beat for quality and service. Plus, they are really nice people to work with.

They are very professional. They charge $100 for 2 people for one hour. It?s a big place.

I call Mascota to do some general yard cleanup and they were very good. I usually call and when they show up, I give the instructions on what work needs to be done. I can always trust that the work will be done.

He started his own landscaping business and the first time he showed up he had a uniform on and his own papers and everything was written out and gave us an estimate. He is not cheap, but they get a lot of work done because they work in teams. You can get someone for a small amount of dollars but they dabble along. He works hard for his money.

Ivan had come to do some yard work and we discussed our vision for the yard with him and he told us his company does full-service landscaping. He talked to us about design ideas then presented us with an estimate that was very reasonable. We hired them and were delighted with the results.
