JIREH Painting is a professional, licensed, bonded and insured painting contractor. Our team works throughout Oregon and Washington. The number of employees varies depending on the season we are working. Mostly our company works on its own, however, we have worked as subcontractors en several occasions. October 14, 2010 My parent’s hired Jireh Painting to paint the trim on their house and I was so impressed at the quality of work that Luis’ team performed that I requested an estimate to paint my entire house. I’m so glad I did because Luis’ pricing is very competitive especially since he uses the highest quality paint. I witnessed what had to be done to paint my house and I’ll tell you that it was money well spent. Jireh Painting is top-notch and I HIGHLY recommend them for ANY paint job. We chose their service after observing their workmanship on the exterior paint job for our neighbor's home. Luis gave us a competitive estimate which included thorough preparation, siding repairs, caulking, taping of all trim and windows, as well as special details which we requested. He did a fine job of painting using high-quality paint and making sure the coverage was thorough. He also succeeded in painting hard-to-reach areas, and we were very pleased with the work of his assistant in painting our trim. Upon completion of the job, they made sure all finishing touches were handled and left no debris behind. Jireh Painting's crew prepared and painted the entire exterior and interior of my family's 1916, 3600-square foot colonial home in Portland, Oregon as we readied it for its first sale in 60 years. Neighbors immediately complimented the work. The crew understood the level of detail we required and respected our timeline. They commenced on time when they said they would and continued steadily to completion, interrupted only by other contractors. I found the crew polite, reliable, honest and cooperative. The project cost was a better bargain than most estimates (of which I gathered several), yet Jireh had all the state licensing (for lead paint work) that the project required on this historic home. I have already recommended them to neighbors and will rely upon Jireh for any future painting or remodel project, large or small.
Description of Work: complete exterior and interior preparation and repainting of 3400-square foot 1916 colonial home in Portland, Oregon. Base coats, shingle prep and repair, baseboards, crown mouldings, ceilings, walls, stairways, railings.

I asked Luis to give me a quote and then we agreed on a start date. The roof has a 12 12 pitch and is very steep with a peak height of 30 ft. I normally would have painted it myself to save the money but decided to hire a professional. They finished it on time and it looks great. I then hired him to paint and stain the cedar siding on my house and they did a great job on it also.
Description of Work: I had just built a new detached garage with office space above it, So I needed it painted.
