Luis, the owner, did most of the work himself. With a larger crew it could have been completed faster but that was not a priority for us. He went above and beyond our expectations in making sure everything was caulked and that any repairs were completed before painting. Our house required a lot of detail and the finished product was exceptional. We will definitely call on Luis for any professional paint jobs in the future.

Mr. Luis Millan, Jireh Painting LLC, absolutely transformed the exterior appearance of my home and surrounding fencing! When I go outside now I just have to smile! The house looks great! Even my neighbors compliment the transformation of my home! Luis power washed all exterior surfaces, caulked every window and all of the rough wood surfaces. Then he spray painted and rolled over all areas using high quality paint. I consider Luis an expert, especially in color choices, and very honest! Great work!

We had no issues with his work. He used quality products. He thought out the project prior to executing it. We met with him ahead of time & discussed the project & what we needed done. He was respectful of our property & cleaned up each day when he was finished. We would hire him again.

We recently had the windows in our 1908 four squared replaced with retrofits, and so they needed to be caulked and painted around the exterior frames. It wasn't a huge job but it wasn't small, either. Luis was very prompt to reply to my estimate request and came out ASAP. His estimate was very reasonable, and the work he did was A+. Super nice guy, to boot. Definitely would recommend, and will definitely hit up Luis next time we need work done!

We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Luis and crew and they are gorgeous! We wanted a very high-end finish, not a painted look we could have done ourselves. This process has to be sprayed on in a high heat chamber to get that high-end look. Our cabinets were natural wood and in good shape but needed updating. We chose a contemporary grey, and a dark grey island. Luis and team were meticulous and thorough, taking great care to produce the quality and look we wanted. He also painted the walls and ceilings and recommended the perfect neutral color which was spot on. We then had him paint our new front door, and again had the same quality, high end and perfect finish! Pictures show both the inside of door (white) and outside (black) - they were a natural wood before painting. Luis is a very skilled painter for any project and we would highly recommend!

The Jireh crew did a great job with a 4-color paint job on our 2-story house. They were prompt, courteous, tidy, and left the house and yard spotless after each day's work. We would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the results. The preparation was meticulous. They did a very thorough job masking prior to painting. The baseboards and caulking look great. Very clean cut lines on the baseboards and ceilings. This is despite the ceilings being quite wavy. Doors, walls and ceilings look just as good. There was a communication breakdown in the beginning. We assumed the trim would be brush work. We never asked if brush or spray. We finally caught on after days of masking with no painting, that they were going to spray the entire job. Originally the job did not include the ceilings. However, once the scope of the masking became apparent, we requested that they add the ceilings. In the same white as the trim, but with flat, not semi-gloss. They added this with an additional charge for materials. But kept the completion date solid. Daily punctuality could have been better. Typically arrived one half hour later than expected. However, the job was completed on time. There was a big push at the end including a couple of long days and late nights to ensure completion on time. This was despite the very late, and large change to the scope of work when we added the ceilings. Overall we are pleased with the job done. I would recommend them, in fact, we have hired them again ourselves.

Luis did a great job. The master bath is quite irregular in shape, but the tile work looks great. The new baseboards are a big improvement to the room as well. The only complaint is that there is a small rust stain in the grout just behind the toilet. Luis was not able to completely clear it. It has resisted additional attempts as well. Luis performed the job while we were out of town, and he did a good job of accommodating our house-sitter. The job was finished on time, as promised.

We are so happy with the service provided by Luis. Very nice, professional and hard working. We were quoted 1,500 to paint our town home which is a pretty low price, but the saying "you get what you pay for" is not true when it comes to Jireh Painting LLC. The qaulity of workmanship is top notch. Luis doesn't seem to be just trying to get the job done, he really cares about the fine details like it was his own house. He first pressure washed the entire house, then caulked, even caulking places the builders hadn't. He has a nack for detail. He primed all of the areas that required it, then last of course the painting. We made a bad color choice and didn't like it once it was on the house. Luis didn't give us any problems but just asked us to pick a different color and only charged $500 more to repaint the entire house. That included the cost of paint and the labor. Very accomodating and we were so happy with the final result! Luis used premium paint on our house and you can tell from the look of the paint and the feel. I would highly recomend Jireh Painting to any of my friends. And I would hire them again for future house projects.

They stayed within budget. Nice clean job. I love their attention to details.

Responded quickly to my call. He gave me a free quote and stuck to it. The work took a little longer than expected but that was fine, I would rather it be done right than fast. He repaired some minor weather damage to the second story siding. He asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. When the paint appeared to be bubbling in one area he was quick to fix the issue.

Luis did a great job in painting the house. He also assisted us in selecting some of the colors. He was very punctual and ensured the job was well done. He was very flexible and professional throughout the whole process. He was always keeping us informed of the progress and the things that needed to be done. Once the house was completed, we were very satisfied with the results of Luis' job. Some of the neighbors were very impressed with the job he did ad so are we.

Luis has been working on my house the past few years, little by little, slow remodel. Luis has been very patient working within my budget doing small to big jobs as my finances permit. My primary reason for using Luis almost exclusively is his respect for my attention to detail. He works as long as needed to get the job done. I often ask him for small handyman jobs, as well. He's always happy to provide the best service. His prices are affordable. His availability is always withing 1-2 weeks. Our family loves having Luis around. He is friendly, personable,hard working and genuinely cares about the customer and the work he does.
