This is the second time we've used Jensens. We have dogs and he does and excellent job of taking care of this type of cleaning on our off white carpet. Very prompt and professional. Excellent finished product. This is our carpet cleaning guy from now on.

Norman was great! Setting up the appointment (for the day after I called!) was a piece of cake. He was prompt, listened to my concerns (pet stains and "mystery" stains from the previous owners), and finished the job very quickly. Best of all, the carpets look AMAZING!!! All the stains are gone.... YAY!!!!! (Thanks, Norman!)

Norman communicated via email. He showed up right on time. He thoroughly cleaned the carpets. Was very professional. No upcharging. I would highly recommend him. We will definitely use him again.

We bought a house in the Gladstone area and it was a HOT MESS! The carpets were disgusting to say the least. I saw Jensen's ratings and coupon on A.L. and gave them a call. Unlike a competitor I called first, my call was answered immediately, Norman answered all my questions and even worked around my schedule to drop by the HOT MESS and give me a free estimate. We did not end up using Jensen's in the end because my son had already contacted and secured another company. Based on the customer service I received would I recommend this carpet cleaning company...yes!

First of all, props to this company for driving all the way from Beaverton to our home in Eagle creek on a Saturday with only a few days notice. Norm was very friendly and professional and went straight to work . We had pet odors and white berber carpeting, the very worst combination to clean, and it turned out excellent with no residual pet odor. These folks have been around for a long time and it shows in their work ethic and their knowledge of carpet cleaning. I would definitely use again!

The service went well. He came to the appointment on time and worked quickly. One person came out for the service and completed it in about 2 hours or less. He was a very hard worker and a nice person. He cleaned the entire downstairs carpets, the bedroom and stairway. Scheduling was very easy.

I purchased an Angie's list deal for $88.00 for cleaning the carpet of 2 rooms and hallway. I do not have carpet in the hallway so he cleaned the two rooms. It was a very good job and the appearance was immediate so I asked him to do the family room and two bedrooms. The charge was $145.00 for the three additional rooms. The only negative I have is that I had no response to my purchase of the $88.00 deal, so I had to call and make an appointment for the cleaning.

The guys scrubbed the extra dirty areas of the family room carpet until clean. They used a lot of elbow grease to get this soiled carpet clean. Best carpet cleaning service we've used.

Mr. Jensen arrived promptly. He was willing to move furniture as needed (except for our massively heavy buffet and the entertainment center, which I did not expect anyone to do). Our light carpeting had a very dark traffic pattern, which was almost completely removed. All other spots were completely removed. Mr. Jensen worked very h****** those dark areas, and was very professional, answering all of our questions. We would use his services again.
