Actual carpet cleaning was fine. The service was an issue. Did not wear a mask when he entered the house and had to be asked to wear a mask. Then he took it off while cleaning. He also didn't have shoe coverings and tracked in some dirt.

Mr. Jensen arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m.. He looked over the area and began his cleaning. The job was done professionally and with great care. The house looked great after he finished including some high traffic areas.

I called Norman and left a voice mail. He returned call a few hours later and was able to arrange service for the next day. Norman arrived on schedule and explained how he would proceed. I had several areas with old, heavy stains. Most were not visible after his cleaning. Only one, very bad stain, was nearly removed. I was very satisfied with this service. A very reasonable price and excellent results!

The provider arrived on 8/18 in the afternoon. I told him that i had to move several cat litterboxes out of my bedrooms. He told me that i never told him that i had 13 indoor cats and had he known this he would never have taken the job. He then seemed to act disgusted and said that he would return the next day. He did arrive at the time he said he would on 8/19 and proceeded to clean my carpets while i stood guard at my front door so any cats would not get out. When he was finished cleaning the carpets he told me again that he would never again come to my home. I think that this guy could use a major attitude adjustment and i will never use him again for carpet cleaning.

Norman clearly has a quality ethic. There was subsatntial grit from our dog on the intersections of the stairs that he cleaned thoroughly with excellent results. He moved he furniture to clean under those areas. He is very punctual (came 5 minutes early) and efficient (it took him less than 2 hours). I highly recommend Jensen's Carpet Cleaning Service and will use them again
