Description of Work: The pest control service was only great. They found the little mouse and then made sure all the crawl spaces were covered. They came back in one week and checked for evidence of any mice or rats and found none. They were prompt and stayed only as long as necessary.

Description of Work: 1 MONTH MAINTENANCE FOR RAT CONTROL. PLACED BAIT STATIONS AND TRAPS. FOUND AND REPAIRED AREAS WHERE RATS CAME IN. WILL COME BACK WEEKLY TO CHECK, REBAIT AND TRAP. WE CALLED OTHER COMPANIES TO MAKE ESTIMATES. NONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES WOULD DO A BID FOR BAITING AND TRAPPING ONLY. OTHER COMPANIES WANTED A 1 YEAR AGREEMENT AND WANTED TO REPLACE THE MOISTURE BARRIER UNDER THE HOUSE. THOSE ESTIMATES WERE APPROXIMATELY $3000.00. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU USE THESE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Description of Work: The company performs quarterly pest maintenance for me for carpenter ants, spiders, other ants, rats etc. I and my parents have used them for over 8 years and have never had a problem. They are professional, respond in a timely manner and guarantee their work. They don't charge for follow up service when required.
