Any time I have had any issue with bugs, Guaranteed Pest Control makes sure they are taken care of promptly, safety and effectively. I would not hire any other company. This review is shamefully late for the service provided by Guaranteed ? especially under the circumstances. My house had a bed bug infestation ? a very big deal. A big deal for the expertise and thoroughness required to completely eradicate and a big deal for the expense, disruption and emotional toll it takes. No half measures. There could not possibly be a better provider than Guaranteed for the promptness with which they evaluated the job and carried it out. The proprietor and his team were dedicated and expertly thorough. They consulted with other experts and responded to all my questions and made it very clear that there would be follow-through if needed. It takes time ? weeks ? and personal interaction beyond the usual. I got that. And along the way they noticed a carpenter ant problem and took care of that too. A big thank you and hats off.

I was in need of an exterminator recently due to a carpenter ant issue. I talked to my neighbor and she recommended Guaranteed Pest Control Service?and I am glad she did. Guaranteed Pest Control provided a professional service that worked, and they stood behind the services they provided. Not only was my ant issue resolved, they stood behind the work they did. As part of the extermination process, they drill very small holes into the exterior of the house to spray an insecticide. During the drilling, they unknowingly drilled into a plastic water drain pipe, resulting in a small leak. Although I did not notice the leak immediately, I called Guaranteed Pest Control Service when I did. While some contractors might hesitate in this kind of situation, Guaranteed Pest Control Service had someone come out immediately, assess the leak, and had a contractor make the necessary repairs. In my book, that makes me a Guaranteed Pest Control Service customer for life?.because of the quality and results of their extermination service and how they stand behind their work. They were excellent! The owner came out and surveyed the job. He took time explaining to me what he thought was happening. He came the next morning on time with the workman and stayed until the job was done. He followed up in 2 days. He came out to my home to find out if I was having any additional problems and to see how successful the treatment was. He made an appointment for the fellow to come back and repeat the treatment in a week. He came promptly on time and that was the first. He spoke to me after the treatment was done. They were punctual, they were quick, and the treatment was successful.

Very responsive . When we had an outbreak of tiny ants in the house, our representative, Mike , arrived soon after to deal with the issue. While we required several visits to eradicate the nest, Mike was pleasant and diligent.

I had a problem with rodents in my crawlspace and under a shed in my yard. I contacted Guaranteed Pest Control and Jim was out the next day. He did a thorough inspection, set traps and bait, and made recommendations as to how to prevent pests from entering the crawlspace in the future. Jim or Mike came by each subsequent week to check on traps and bait stations until the problem was resolved. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Hopefully I won't need any more pest control services, but if I do I will call Guaranteed Pest Control.

As stated above this is a good company. Our fee for monthly service is $38 per month and well worth it. We have used this company for approximately 25 years.

We have our house sprayed montly. Guaranteed does the job very well at a reasonable cost. Also very responsive if we have any unusual problems.

We have battled a yellow jacket problem in our deck/veranda for the entire summer, unfortunately this was our first summer in our new home. Frustrated by all of the home remedies we called Guaranteed and someone was here the next day to take care of our problem. He was on time, friendly and took care of our problem completely the first visit. We only wish we had called sooner. We are so excited to finally be able to enjoy our deck/veranda for meals/entertaining.

They have been around for a long time. I have hired in the past and they show up on time. They do what they say they're going to do. There prices are fair and it's family owed.

They took care of the work that needs to be done. It was just a really good work; it was effective, and reasonably priced. They gave a reasonable price, because they know how to do the job. They also recommended a contractor to do the repairs. They are also honest.

Everything I need is covered in the monthly fee and I never have to pay more no matter how many times they come out. They are so trustworthy and professional. They don’t try to convince you to get work done if it isn’t necessary.

I continue to use them for my pest control and they come every month. They spray for spiders and set bait for mice and I give them an A rating.

They have a good service and they’re always on time. They always let us know when they’re going to show up and then they come. So their service is good. We’ve had the same operator guy for a very long time. We haven’t compared their price to anybody else but we’re very pleased with the price that they charge us. We haven’t had any carpenter ants since they started their service and so it must be working. Their responsiveness and punctuality are excellent. The guy knows what he’s talking about and he’s available for questions. We haven’t had any problems with them.

They were very easy to work with and they seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were really good. They were a referral so I had a good feeling about them coming in because I trusted the person who referred them.

It was really nice working with them. We called and got a estimated quote over the phone of $275-$300. The day they were due to come out and spray for ants, it snowed. They called promptly to let us know that the work could not be performed with snow on the ground and were very flexible about re-scheduling. They came out on a Monday, on time, performed the work and quickly. My husband had to leave, so he locked up for us when he was done. We have a smaller house on our property along with the big house and he sprayed the smaller house as well and it was still on the low end of their quote. We are very pleased with their work.

They were helpful and thorough. They saved me some money. Another company referred me to them. They were honest. They were available immediately when we went out there.
