They do a real good job. They keep in touch and remind us when things need to be done. We haven't seen any bugs. The quality of their service is good.

They get the job done well. They do it quietly and I don’t have any issues with them at all.

The service has been excellent. We had couple of incidences like there was a wash nest just like out of movies in one of our trees and they charged us little extra for that because it was a real hassle it did down for us but they came and took it out for us. Then we had an infestation of ants in our house that they came and fixed for us without any extra charge. They are very prompt and do very cheerful service. They have been very responsive and responsible. They basically come and they are very carful and leave all the gates closed. The work is excellent. We didn’t have any insect problem. They always come when they say they would be here. They have always provided what wee needed without trying to give us too much such as when we had ants in our house they came and looked at the situation and did encasement around the window. They looked at it for a minute and took out some glue and scraped on the whole that poisoned the nest and that was when it stopped instantly.

Guaranteed Pest Control (GPC) is the only company who has ever managed to kill and stop infestations of ants into our home. ( We have tried 2 other companies in the past.) We had a spider treatment from GPC a year ago as well and haven't had a major spider problem since. We will continue quarterly service with GPC forever! Our tech, Jim, has taught us about our pests habits and is always available to treat should the need arise. He is truly an asset to the company, delivering outstanding customer service! We could not be more pleased with Guaranteed Pest Control results.

They do a very neat job and ask if they have to do anything additional. They do a very good job and I will continue to use them in future.

It couldn't have been much worse. I chose this company because of their reputation, but while they may be very good at insect control, their mole control was totally useless for us. We called them out because of moles in our small front yard and after completion of their service our lawn looks worse than ever. A couple of days after the technician put three mole traps in our lawn the mole(s) were back and in fact kicked dirt into two of the traps and created a new entrance or exit hole right on the edge of the trap hole. I called and talked to David and he said the traps were probably not set deep enough and he would send another technician out. The same technician was back the next day (I know because I asked him if he set the first traps) and the following morning we had the same story -- dirt in the traps and a new mound right next to the trap.. The technician seemed professional though and said he sometimes caught moles right away and sometimes it took him four weeks. We went away on vacation for two weeks with three traps in our yard. When we returned yesterday we found the traps gone, and four new mounds of dirt. The yard now has more holes than a golf course. I called Gary today and asked him to review our file. He told me they caught two moles. They did not. What they got according to him was fur (it was actually a few hairs; I saw that trap) and later a leg, apparently while we were away. Then he said they picked up their traps on October 3 because their service period was over and didn't talk to us because we weren't home. They already had their money, of course. Gary does feel that they caught two moles, but I know they did not. He and the technician both told us that moles were bleeders and that if any part of the mole was injured enough to cause bleeding it would die in the tunnel and that other moles would not go in there if there was a dead body. However, today Gary told me when I asked him to explain why we would still have so much activity if the moles were caught he said that maybe others moved into the area from a neighbor. I expressed my disappointment to Gary at their service and suggested the company change their name from "Guaranteed Pest Control". I said there was probably no point in arguing about our dissatisfaction and he hung up on me.

The contact person on the phone was very knowledgeable, and professional. We were impressed with this company's helpful attitude. They did not try to rush you through the phone call. We did however choose another pest control company to do the actual work.

The representative who came was very professional and polite.

Today they took away the trapped mouse, reset the trap and will be back if needed. I also told them of tiny ants I have noticed and a treatment will be done next week with my monthly pest control visit.

The company came when they said they would and on time. Very professional from the time of the phone conversation and the gentleman that came to do the job. He gave us tips on how to prevent further infestation.

It went excellent, they sent me the report of what they will be using before they came out. They were up front about the treatment. They also explained that there were two different treatments. It work on about 98% of the ants. Our home was for sell and they came out right away.

Geary and his brother arrived on time, were very polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

I have used there services since 1976. Never a problem. I have called them to redo an over pestulated infestations, they respond professionally and solve my pest problems every time. These guys and gals rate a 10, year after year.

THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD, I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM AT ALL WITH THEM. THEY'RE PUNCTUAL AND IF ANYTHING IS A PROBLEM, THEY TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY'RE RELIABLE AND GOOD TO WORK WITH.
