He arrived on time, wearing a uniform and driving a van with the business name. He looked at the work to be done, told me upfront the rate for additional work if needed. Luckily the work was completed quickly and without additional charges. He answered all my questions. I have no complaints, and would use this company again.

They arrived when they said they would, and did what they said they would. The plumber advised me that there was about a 20% chance that trying to remove the faucet head could cause problems with the connecting pipe, but said he'd stop if he felt it was not going to work out. He said I could either ask for an Angies List refund in that event, or proceed at an additional cost of $99 an hour, plus parts. I took a chance, and he did not encounter any problems. The entire repair took less than 1/2 hour, and I can now attach a hose to the faucet without water spraying all over the house siding.

BEWARE!!! The big deal offered was $99 for new outdoor faucet and that stretched my budget. . When the plumber came to look, he said it would cost much more to replace my faucet since it is a 'frost free' faucet. I had no idea what kind of faucet I had, and told him that I did not want the deal if it was going to cost more. I am on a small SS budget and additional cost was not something that could be handled. No labor or materials were provided. I contacted the company to cancel the order but they have charged nt credit card anyway and I have had to dispute the charge. They are obviously not customer-friendly and IMHO should be avoided. Try Pipeline Plumbing..they are great, have done work for me in the past and always 'there' for their customer. I have always had great treatment and they are perfectionists....continually give more than the situation warrants!!!

They did really well. The plumber was on time. He gave me good price on the piece. It worked out really well. I got a bid from them on them on a water heater.

Dean was recommended by Steven at Comfort Connection. Since Steven was putting in our new gas furnace, he coordinated everything with Dean for the day of the install. Dean showed up on time and was friendly and a hard worker. Everything went well and we are happy with the new gas water heater.

Plumber on time, reasonably priced. Attention to cleanliness of kitchen when working. Took time to make sure all was working properly before leaving.

Flow-Rite Plumbing was highly recommended to me by another company on Angies List, Comfort Connection, an HVAC company with great reviews, that does not do hot water heater installs. I called Flow-Rite and spoke to Dean Spencer, one of the owners, who came by promptly to give me an estimate for this work. He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We discussed our needs and what size additional water heater would fit within the narrow space constraints and he gave me what I considered to be a very reasonable estimate. The work was performed one day the following week by Dean and a coworker. They arrived at the time that Dean had indicated and from the very beginning, I felt completely at ease as Dean took great care moving the heater on a trolley down a narrow flight of stairs into the basement, laying down tarps to protect the hard wood staircase. The team worked dilligently to install the gas water heater, and also swept up the utility area before leaving. Also, they made adjustments to some faucet heads that were not working properly. Now, we have all the hot water we need, the water heater was installed promptly and efficiently, and the whole process was hassle-free. I will call this company for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
