Very smooth. Dean completed the work in the amount of time that was quoted, was professional start to finish and cleaned up the area prior to leaving. He is my go-to guy for my business clients as well.

They never came to my house

.Dean quickly located the problem. It was a broken pipe under the kitchen sink. Dean replaced the defective pipe and also repaired a small leak in the ice maker we had not yet noticed. I'm sure it was only a matter of time before we found it so I'm happy that problem was solved before it bacame a problem. We used Dean in the past when we remodeled our bathroom with Paul Cottle Construction. He did an outstanding job so we knew exactly who to call when we needed a plumber again.

They were great-- no issues with the service. Arrived on time and did exactly what they said they would do.

Everything went fine. The technician came out to replace the faucet and saw that it was beyond the scope of the deal being offered and would require additional work. He provided an alternate solution and assured me I would receive a credit for work not performed.

The service went really well. It turns out the faucet did not replaced, but just needed a few small parts replaced. There was no additional fee for the parts. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection. He had great advice and showed me some things I could even do on my own. They were very helpful and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I was having some leakage problems with my old hose-bibb in the frontyard and wanted to replace it. I saw their offer/coupon on AL and bought the $99 service to install an outdoor hose bibb. The initial contact was ok and their replies were prompt. The plumber arrived in the designated time window. He told my wife, who was home at that time, that the pipe in the crawlspace might break when he installs the hose-bibb. Correcting that would be extra. We had asked for a frost-free hose bibb for which he charged an extra $30. All this was OK. Now comes the unsatisfactory part: He installed the hose bibb and then took the old hose-bibb with him, which had a brand new (two week old) vacuum breaker worth $30. I emailed them and asked them if they could return it, so I could use it on backyard hose bibb. First email was replied with a " I will relay the message to our plumber." Two weeks passed and no contact/reply. I again emailed them requesting them to return the vacuum breaker. This time I did not even receive a reply. At this point I was still patient. I finally lost my patience, when I saw that two and half months after the install, the frontyard hosebibb is leaking again. So effectively I am back to the same situation as before having spent $159 (99+30+30) on these guys. I would never use these guys again and would not recommend them to my friends. I thought I was getting a good deal from an A-rated plumber, expecting good service. But learned my lesson. Henceforth, I would stick with my go-to plumber.

Originally purchased a $99 coupon for a outdoor faucet replacement but they said it would require repair and replacement of a broken pipe and valve. They came back the next day and completed the work in 2 hours. The work was though and professional.

First, Nathan called and came earlier than the promised window -- we had asked if he could come earlier if possible so we were pleased. He found the leak very quickly, went to Home Depot nearby to pick up parts and fixed it. After the glue set and the water was turned back on, he found another similar leak and fixed that too. Small hairline cracks in the T-connectors of the water pipes for the hot water. He was careful to not make a mess, especially from the crawl space debris. All in all, very pleased & will call FlowRite again for any future plumbing needs.

Perfect, no complaints... showed up precisely on time, job was done extremely quickly and he even waived an extra fee that could/should have been fairly charged to me, just because the job went so smoothly. Would be happy to use & recommend them again--thanks!

Recently I purchased the offer from FLOW-RITE PLUMBING for '$99 Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement'. They came to my house July 8 and performed excellent service on a variety of plumbing issues. However, when inspecting the hose faucet they determined it did not need to be replaced, minor adjustments returned it to good working order. I have paid them for all work performed. Very satisfied, just did not need the service performed that I bought from Angie's List.

We were scheduled for June 16 between 10:30 - 12:00 I called the company at 8:00 that morning to make sure we were scheduled. I was told they were on time and I would be called if they were running late. At 12:30 they weren't here and I called and received an answering machine. At approx 1:30 I received a call saying there was a scheduling issue and they would not be able to come today. She told me she was very sorry and that they would refund my money and come the following week at no charge. I appreciated that because it showed me that they also valued my time.

Plumber showed up on time, and performed this removal and replacement in under 1/2 hour...and hooked up my hose...was polite and professional.

The plumber arrived at the agreed upon time. He looked at my hose bib and told me the problems that could come up with putting in a new hose bib. Fortunately, after he checked the way my original one had been attached, he was able to simply exchange it for a new one, and the job was complete.

Purchased the deal on angies list for a faucet replacement for $99. Getting the appointment scheduled was quick and easy and I was able to get an appointment on one of my preferred days/times. It turned out to be ok, the faucet got replaced for only the initial money I spent. But the guy that came out to replace it gave me a disclaimer up front that sometimes the work needed can't be performed for the $99 I already spent, that sometimes they need to perform more work than that would cover. I totally understand that he felt the need to disclaim this upfront, but it was his manner that bothered me. Apparently customer service and friendliness is not his strong suit. He wasn't extremely mean or rude or anything, just had a kind of grumpy manner about him. And the way he presented the disclaimer gave me a bad feeling, like that they somehow were going to do everything they could to get more money out of me. That ended up not being the case, but his demeanor gave off that kind of vibe. In the end it really only took a couple minutes to replace and I ended up feeling that I had actually spent more money than was needed. Based on the ease of the job I think we could have just DIY'ed it. But, that's of course my fault, not theirs. Overall experience wasn't bad, just not superb.

It was an Angie's list special that I bought prepaid. Dean arrived on time. The faucet was more than 10 years old. First Dean was not sure he will be able to replace the faucet under Angie's special term as faucet was not coming out. But he was able to pull the faucet from the wall and get hold with one plier and remove with other. He used longer screws to secure the new faucet to the wall.

The company arrived right on schedule. It would require much more extensive work than I was prepared to pay for. He apologized and directed me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

After buying a coupon to replace my outside water faucet, Flow-Rite set up an appointment promptly. However, on arrival, they counseled that replacement might lead to possible wall damage and suggested I request a refund.

The technician arrived and looked at the faucet, and saw that it was a frost-free faucet. He found that he didn't have the parts needed to do the replacement, and told me that the deal I purchased didn't cover the full cost of the replacement. (This was in the fine print, which I hadn't read.) He also said the replacement might involve cutting into a wall in my basement; something I wasn't prepared to do. The faucet wasn't leaking all that badly, so I decided not to go through with the work.
