Donna promptly returned my call and arranged a time to walk through the house. For the estimate, she arrived right on time and was extremely friendly. She was very upfront about what the services entailed and the price. I have a very large house and they did a very thorough cleaning. Her team has been to my house three times and I have no reservations about recommending Donna's services. Fair price and I very satisfied with the outcome

Returned initial phone call very fast. Was on time for a bid which was done two days after the initial call. Were on time for deep clean and regular clean. They use their cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. They work very hard and have excellent attention to detail. The owner is a delightful woman.

It was great! I recommend Donna and her crew. The stress and anxiety related to finding time and energy to clean, let alone thoughtfully tidy/organize is worth every penny!

Great job. Blew the other cleaning people away! We needed our house cleaned very quickly since the other service we were using quit unexpectedly and we had friends coming in. Donna juggled her schedule and got us ready. Great company.

Donna does not come every time, but we have had her crew of 2 or 3, out 4 times since the initial visit. They are very personable and professional, they arrive on time and get right to work for about 2 hours. If there is anything that I need them to do, or do differently, it is not a problem and they take care of it in good spirit. My kitchen stove top has never looked so good since it was new. I recently needed to re-schedule one of the cleaning visits, and Donna agreed to a time that was convenient for both of us. All in all, it seems to be working out well, and it is such a joy to have a clean house while I recover from complications from surgery. I would definitely recommend Faithful Cleaning Service!

We are very, very happy with Donna and her cleaning crew. After having the same individual help us for 13 years, it was very tough to bring in another cleaner. In fact, it took just under a year to even have anyone come bid the work. Donna's prices were not only fair, they were the same down to the dollar! Additionally, the service itself has been great, and we trust her crew (a big thing for me - and I would definitely notice if anything showed up missing!). Our house is just as clean as it was with the former cleaner, and we couldn't be happier to have found them on Angie's List! I would strongly encourage you to have Donna out for a quote and a clean and see for yourself.

Donna and her crew completed an initial deep cleaning of our house. I was impressed that Donna (owner) came herself and participated in the actual cleaning; providing instruction the the ladies. Subsequently, the crew came out every week to complete a general housecleaning. The ladies were very friendly and detail oriented. I appreciated their good attitude. I have had cleaning crews come in before who bite your head off when you make a request, not with Faithful Cleaining I also would like to comment on the responsiveness of Donna. Donna always picks up the phone and/or responds to your voice mail within minutes! She is extremely well-organized and runs the business efficiently. I would highly recommend their services to others.

The initial cleaning was very complete. The bi-monthly cleanings are equally complete. Donna and her crew do a great job!

Donna and crew did an excellent job! My house smelled fresh and clean! Every nook and cranny was clean! I had a tight schedule to work around as I had out of town guests arriving and Donna worked around my schedule. I will certainly hire her again!

I loved Donna's service so much when I hired her for a deep cleaning that I now have hired her to do a once monthly cleaning. All surfaces were sparkling after the crew left.

My worst experience with any Angiest List provider. This house is very clean to begin with, so I had specific requests like cleaning the outside of trash cans, polishing chrome, and cleaning shower drains. Walked through the home with a list of these items and Donna claimed to note them all, then gave me a (high) bid of $275 for essentially 6 hours of work. Her ratings were quite good, though, and she insisted that each of my requests would be handled, so I reluctantly agreed. She insisted that I pay up front prior to the service. Again...I reluctantly agreed. The day after her service, I walked through the home and became red with disappointment as, one by one, each request was ignored: 1. Kitchen trash can not cleaned. 2. Kitchen rug not cleaned 3. Gap in kitchen table not cleaned 4. Shower drains not cleaned 5. Chrome in sink basins not cleaned 6. Keyboard not wiped down. 7. Stereo speakers had been bumped and misplaced. 8. TV was lightly dusted in the front...very dusty behind. 9. Upstairs bathroom floor not cleaned. I pointed out every one of these items in this relatively clean home with her during the estimate and they all went ignored. I should note that the house was cleaned late Friday night. Her crew was obviously looking forward to the weekend and apparently rushed this job. This might be acceptable of a $100 house cleaner, but not of a $275 job. Noted all these things to Donna. She claims the trash can had "rust" (it wiped clean), says she doesn't have the ability to clean rugs, couldn't figure out how to separate the kitchen table, says the shower drains are rusted (they clean up in 60 seconds with #0000 steel wool), and says the chrome in the sinks was permanently stained (it too cleans up in seconds). Lesson learned.

Donna always calls in advance with an ETA to give you a head's up. Donna's team is always efficient and have maintained their cleaning standards from day one. Trusting that our home will be cleaned consistently and knowing Donna is overseeing the work allows my husband and I to relax and just enjoy our clean home. Also we appreciate that we can request additional cleaning if we have weekend guests or give a party. We are very pleased.

She came by on Saturday to provide an estimate and walked through the house, explaining what her team would do. She was friendly and professional, and took care of everything she said she would do and then some. I called on Friday, she estimated Saturday, and the cleaning was finished by Monday evening - really great experience. She was thoughtful in her organization of the clutter, and everything looked great. I would definitely use services again.

Donna and her team showed up on time and worked for several hours cleaning the house from top to bottom. They cleaned three bathrooms, four bedrooms, living and dining rooms, the kitchen and laundry room. They even cleaned behind the washer and dryer, which had not been touched in years. Their efforts received praise from the realtor, which was appropriate as the house was cleaner than it had been in years. I would definitely recommend them!

After finding Faithful Cleaning on Angie's List I decided to give them a call. Donna arranged to come over the next evening to do an estimate for a deep cleaning, and then subsequent bi-weekly or monthly cleanings. From the start I have found Donna very nice to work with, friendly and professional. I liked what she had to offer, and hired her to do the deep cleaning to get the house in good starting shape. We had to cancel our original date due to illness. Despite the inconvenience Donna was understanding and worked with us to come up with another date before the holidays. On the day of the cleaning, Donna and the team arrived on time, and immediately set to workl. We quickly scurried off, taking the 2 dogs with us. When we came home, WOW, the house looked great! I was ecstatic to see how nice and clean "everything" looked and smelled. Donna and her crew were able to make some areas I had given up hope on (like my range hood) clean again. The best thing was having everything clean at the same time, including the floors. We now have Faithful cleaning do a monthly cleaning.

Over the past three months, we have seen a general improvement in the overall quality of our home. Donna Madrid is a pleasure to work with. She originally visited our home and provided an estimate for a one time "deep clean", and then subsequent standard cleaning services every two weeks. We communicate easily by phone. Donna is cheerful, professional, punctual and honest. She wants and respects her client's business, and demonstrates that commimtment to excellence every time Faithful Cleaning Service cleans our house.

I got Donna's name through a recommendation I received from a salesman at Starks Vacuums. He said she was terrific, and she is! Her crew is dependable, punctual, professional and thorough. They even knew not to use any cleaners on my precious antique furniture (not many companies know this). I enjoy having them in my house every week and look forward to coming home to a spotless house--and I have 3 dogs and a teenager! If I have any special needs (like a dog-nosed imprinted sliding glass door), she sees to it. I'd recommend her and her crew!
