They were excellent. They were here when they said they would be here and were in and out in about 25 minutes. They were courteous and friendly. My wife was here when they did the work, and she said that the guy who came out was courteous and introduced himself as to who he was and why he was here. I have never had locks changed before. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a fine job. They were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. I rate them high overall.

He came out within the scheduled timeframe and rekeyed 5 locks. Worked quickly and the price was competitive.

I called Davis and they scheduled the appointment the same day. Phillip came to my house to replace the handleset on my front door. He had to drill new holes for the new fixture and made extra keys for me while he was at it. It works much better than the original and looks terrific. He was careful to not make a mess in the house and worked very quickly.

Excellent first-time experience with Davis Lock & Safe. We were given a 2-hour window for arrival and Phillip was there right at the start. He was professional, personable, respective, neat and tidy in his work and his person, pleasant to speak with, gladly explained what he was doing and why, clearly knows his job and does it very well. We will definitely ask for Phillip the Fantastic the next time we need locksmith services.

We were feeling some urgency to get the locks changed. I called at about 1:30 PM asked if they could change the locks that day. They could, said they could be there sometime between 2:00 and 4:00. I wasn't at the location, I couldn't be there sooner than 2:30, so she said between 2:30 and 4:00, probably closer to 2:30. As I was driving over, the dispatcher said the technician would arrive in about 10 or 15 minutes. He arrived about 5 minutes after I got there. Changed both locks, made five new keys, which all worked perfectly, was done in about 15 minutes. Professional. Punctual. Perfect.

It was great. He came quickly, fixed things right away, he had a knob lockset in his truck and was able to make me a key in his truck. It couldn't have been easier.

I PULLED THE TRAILER TO THE STREET OUTSIDE THE SHOP. THEY CAME OUT AND MADE A KEY FOR THE TRAILER. THE PEOPLE WERE POLITE AND SYMPATHETIC TO MY PLIGHT. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. I DID HAVE TO WAIT, BUT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THE KEY AND LOCK WORK WELL.
