Set up a one-year plan to deal with carpenter ants in spring-summer.

The serviceman was on time and placed the ant eradicater behind electrical wall plates. He also placed a solution on a small card. The ants take the solution back to their queen and that kills the ants in the colony. He sprayed under the house as well. After a day or two - no more ants,

Technician scheduled appointment and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He provided a thorough examination of all spaces and treated the home. Additionally, he provided recommendations for the home owner. We have had no further concerns with ants in the house since the service.

The service went well. Technician checked for problem areas outside cleaning wasp nests.

The service was great. They did a good job. The workers were on time, courteous, and also professionalism. I would recommend them.

The service was always done on schedule and the guys that came by were always very nice. The problem was that the service never resulted in any reduction in the number of spiders or sugar ants. I get that sugar ants are difficult to get rid of but the spider problem became frustrating. We had them do multiple re-applications and they even sprayed throughout our crawl space. All employees were always very courteous but it was entirely a waste of money. We had a one-year contract so we needed to continue with them for a year (the cancellation fee was the amount of outstanding service) so I requested that my contract be ended upon completion. Not very professional in my opinion so this should be a warning to anyone considering this service.

They come every 3 months and let me know every time that they are coming, and I have not had any wasp problems since I started using them.

So far, they have been the best pest control company that we have used. They were very thorough when doing their initial assessment of the house, and they do quality work on each visit.

They explain their product well, perform the treatments as scheduled, and do good work. They are also using environmentally friendly compounds which is good, too.

They are extremely flexible and thorough. They are willing to come back and spray certain areas if you are noticing issues. I deal with Josh, and they are really good. You can ask for anything and they are willing to try and help out. Their service actually works!

They're very thorough, and they do a great job of removing webs from the eaves of the house considering that it's two stories. Overall, we've been very pleased.

The brief version is: The employees have been responsive & nice people in general. It just isn't an effective service & I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or renew the service myself. We hired this company from a door-to-door solicitation & didn't do research on Angie's List first. We are signed up for a 1-year quarterly treatment program. They also have a guarantee that if you see a single spider, you can call & they will come back & do another treatment. The 1st treatment seemed to be effective that I didn't see spiders in my house (my main concern) for a couple of months & I was overall pleased with the service. Unfortunately after the 1st treatment all of the other treatments have seemed very in-effective. In the past 2-3 months I have had to deal with more spiders inside my house than over the entire year prior to using this service. I have seen less spiders outside but I don't care overly about outside spiders. We have called & had the guarantee treatments several times, but still had multiple spiders even 1-2 days & 1-2 weeks after those treatments & even after a regular quarterly treatment. They have been responsive in calling back within 1 business day any phone-calls & have done the guarantee based treatments every time we have requested it. But I don't want to just keep having more & more chemicals sprayed in & outside of my house when it isn't effective. Previous to starting these treatments I didn't think our house had a spider "problem" (there will always be a few spiders) but now there have been so many more spiders inside that it seems to have had the opposite effect. I put "n/a" on price because I don't consider the cost applicable for a service that isn't effective - it doesn't really matter how much it costs if it doesn't work. Since we signed up for the year program, we were told that we would not be refunded for any of the unused regular treatments if we decide to stop having them come. I rated professionalism as a "C" because at one of the follow-up services we were told by the gentleman performing the service that the time prior the person didn't treat all of the areas they were supposed to, so it seems they have variable levels of professionalism or thoroughness depending on who does your service. (Though even after this treatment that was more thorough we still had multiple spiders inside.) I have seen less spiders in my house with no type of pest-treatment the entire year prior to using this service (and in the past had much better elimination of inside spiders using a simple DIY treatment from HomeDepot- that was at a different house).

This company does door-to-door solicitation. The salesman came to our door, my wife responded and stated she was interested in abatement of our ant problem. Salesman sold her many other un-needed treatments in addition to ant eradication, e.g. mice eradication -- we have no evidence of a mice problem -- our home is fairly new. Most of the other treatments were also unnecessary as there was no evidence of a problem. In addition, she thought she was signing a one-time agreement that turned out to be a continuing agreement with outrageous ongoing monetary commitments. AFter I found out what they did and explained it to her, she called to cancel the program. They sent a bill for the remaining annual billing. I called the manager/owner, and he was unwilling to negotiate or back down on the amount owed. He essentially stated that she signed the agreement and that we were responsible for the remaining amount owed as a termination fee, regardless of our desire to end the service and not receive any more treatments. This is a scam practice and business should change solicitation practices. This company also advertises as being on Angie's List -- clearly indicated on their billing statement. I went to Angie's List and could not find their listing.

He was very good, got the squirrel out, covered the holes and more holes that I didn’t know about. Price was very reasonable. Very nice people and very responsive.
