Great. The treatment worked to a point but with a return treatment at no charge, that was most effective.

They did an excellent job and Josh has been my provider or my service technician and he is a wonderful guy and does excellent work and has continued to come back to try to make sure he has a eradicated all of my pest problems and I really appreciate Josh

It's a monthly service and this is the first time they have used them.

The INITIAL service was to remove all spider webs inside and out. I did NOT have anyone enter my home to spray the baseboards through out my home, as I have health issues that preclude any sprays. I could not see any cob webs much less spider webs in my home. And the INITIAL service was also to remove all spider webs and bee nests: hornets, wasps and yellow jacket nests, from under the eves on the roof shingles. NO shingles were even touched with a broom or spray. The bees nests were sprayed knocked down and left all over my property. The spider webs were dusted down. No spraying for the spiders was performed, as it should have been. CROACH Company is aware of the Initial services that were not performed and promised to come to complete. Their follow up customer care call, has yet to be realized to complete the initial work. I believe this company is a quality company and I signed a contract for a year, for their services on a quarterly basis. They are reasonable and I do believe they will be back to complete their initial work, soon.

It went fine. I thought the price was a little high for what they did. They could have provided more service than just the ant treatment for the $120. He was nice and professional for a young kid.

I tried to buy one from them but they said I was out of the area so Angie’s List refunded the money that I have paid. They’ve been effective. I guess that part is good. I don’t know much about pest control. The people were cordial and they return calls fairly quickly. In that regard, they’re doing well. They are a little bit higher than other companies but they are nicer to work with.

There were rats all around our rental and inside they were making a mess of the place. Jason came out twice to set up and then once to make sure they were gone. With his help our new renters are rat free and have filled in areas they could have gotten in. So thankful for their help!!!

Very well. They looked for places where they were getting in the house and then they trapped them. I liked that they were thorough and they let you know when they are coming.

They told me it would cost $100 for the first visit and $200 if there is a second visit. A young man came out. He put 5 traps in a tiny space in the cupboard and 3 traps outside. He didn’t find a point of entry. He spent 20 minutes here. They sent me multiple bills. The bill invoice read, 5 traps in the crawl space along with the amount of $200. I told them we don’t have a crawl space and the rodent has not been caught. Nor, did they find the point of entry. They redid the invoice and sent another tech to my home. Another tech came out and didn’t catch anything and didn’t find point of entry. He wanted payment anyway. I am disappointed they won't negotiate $100 instead of $200. The rat has not been caught.

It went very well. I was pleased. I think I scheduled it and for some reason they had to cancel and reschedule but I wasn't sure of that. They only charged me the $99 for the big deal. Because its been so ling ago, it will be difficult for me to make a statement, other that I was pleased. The ants went away but other than that, it's been a year now so I can't remember. I would use them again.

The first time they came out they did not go down to the crawl space under the house and we asked about it and he said we did not need. He came back and went down there and he sprayed like crazy and I have not seen any aunts since.

Technician takes the time to explain the services. He is knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

It's not quite as effective as I had hoped, as we still have plenty of spiders.

The first treatment in July was extremely professional and well done after initially signing up for a years worth of service. But he was not the person to regularly service this area and my view of PestFree/Croach Services quickly changed. The second person they sent for our treatment in August (one month between the first two treatments, then quarterly after that) appeared to be scared of rodents/reptiles. While he had the garage door open to treat the inside of the garage a snake became stuck in the glue trap. He brought this to my wife's attention that a snake was trapped and left her to handle the situation. When she asked him to spray the inside of our home which we were told would be done upon request, he initially had said it didn't need to be done (although we had been seeing spiders) and then after the request, finished treating our approx 2,000+ sq ft home in about 5 minutes. He seemed incompetent at best and our bug issues (which were not that bad to start which was surprising for a house that was vacant for a couple years) have barely improved if at all. They had also set some rodent traps under the house and instead of checking to make sure they were clear, he did a quick glance and said all was fine. If I am paying for treatment services at a fair price on an extended contract, I definitely don't expect this type of discount level service to be provided (that probably still wouldn't be acceptable). I know now, if a company needs to send sales reps through your neighborhood to sell their services, they are likely worth avoiding. That being said, the only reason I signed up for the service was because the young guy selling their product did an outstanding job and I wanted to support him. Unfortunately for the good sales folks in the future, I won't be willing to do this again. In full disclosure, I will also say I am extremely busy so I have not had time to contact Croach Services to allow them to make this right but they never checked to see if I was satisfied with the service either. If the level of service is anywhere near this on the next quarterly treatment I will most definitely be calling them. Of course, when paying for what should be "quality" service, I also don't expect all the work to be put on me for them to do their job right and the person they sent out was definitely not qualified to be out servicing their customers.

Extremely pushy door-to-door sales pitch, using the trick of quoting my neighbor's names as clients when they weren't. It would seem from other reviews that they do have a quality product, but I am not going to reward a business for deceptive and dishonest behavior.

Everything the sales person told me was above and beyond true! I would highly recommend this company! When you think of bugs gone the first thing you think of is spiders we were with Barrier for 3 years before and still had wasp in our eves Barrier came out on a quarterly service for regular pest service the PestFree sales person said that they guarantee everything they treat for so they aren't just coming out each time to squish bugs they're a preventative service, so they won't be coming out each time to smash bugs they come out to prevent them and that's what they do I highly recommend them! They're a little more expensive than Barrier but it is worth the extra $10.00 a month to not have to deal with the bugs! Thank you PestFree for getting rid of my hobo spiders and all my other creepy crawlers! I am proud to be a PestFree customer...! If they're ever in your area they will be doing a pretty big discount and it's worth it!

They did a great job getting rid of the wasps nests and spiders. Have seen zero wasps since they did their service and have noticeably less spiders outside of home and have seen none inside the home.

Cleaned out spider webs. Set mouse and rat traps. Sprayed for spiders and ants.

Salesman came to door and gave the high pressure pitch. After getting him you agree to a very small discount, they had a technician stop by and spray inside and out. The only real complaint I have is that the contract I signed was on a small tablet and I could not see what I was really signing. I thought it was just th e credit card transaction and did not realize it was a contract until I received a copy in the email. The contract states that if I cancel within 3 business days, I will have to pay the difference between the "discounted" price, and the over inflated "regular" price. Essentially,negating any actual refund. So, buyer beware...you better know you want this service for a year or you'll still pay for the first service.
