Description of Work: Luther installed 2 toilets and a hot water heater that we purchased ahead of time. He arrived on time, used drop cloths to protect the flooring, explained what he was doing and used his time efficiently. He was friendly and answered all our questions. We thought the price was very fair for the work he did. We will call him again if we have plumbing issues.
