My neighbor recommended them to me. I had a water leak coming out of my wall in the garage. They were able to come out that day. Lutheran did a great job, found the leak, replaced my pipe in the wall, no trip charge and was straight forward with the cost of everything. Even had me initial the charges before they got started. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond cleaning up everything!! Highly recommend. I will definitely use them again!!

Amazing! Luther telephoned that he and his helper were on their way to my house. They arrived right at the beginning of the window of time. He immediately quoted the rate for labor and materials, as well as estimated that the job would take no more than an hour. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. In fact, the work from start to finish took less than 20 minutes! I definitely would hire Best Price Plumbing again.

I hired Luther to replace the plumbing for a 1950’s home that had original metal pipes. It was obvious from the beginning that he had self esteem issues as he consistently reiterated his experience and know how on the trade. When there were stalls on the project or corrections needed he would refuse to acknowledge these errors and begin to blame others and I for misguided information. As the project dragged on he became comfortable with rude behavior and downright unable to communicate the simplest of the written terms outlined in his own contract. The shower valve for the mixer was installed slightly off angle and he only acknowledged it (after several attempts on my part) when another contractor told him that he needed to fix it to continue with the install of the shower walls. Luther was irate and his solution was to rip through the outside wall to be able to get to the pipes instead of being able to fix it from the shower. He pretty much wanted it to cost me excessively for him to correct an error. Luckily for me my other contractor had some sense and decided he’d fix it himself without tearing down siding and walls. To this day an outside spigot remains disconnected because he claims that it’s all connected and I’m wrong because I’m not the one with 20+ experience as a plumber. Females beware as he will belittle you by never letting you finish your sentences and repeat over and over that he’s done when you’re staring at the very pipe that’s completely disconnected. Luther even at one point sent me text messages when he thought he was complaining to his assistant about being afraid that I was not going to pay him, calling me a scammer. Then within 15min he has his assistant call to try and apologize for Luther because he obviously wants me to pay him but clearly is unable to apologize himself and take accountability for his own actions. In the end the cheaper price was not worth the headache and hassle.

Although I didn't get a chance to use Luther's company, I appreciated that his customer service was top notch. In our short interactions, he was very thorough, asking the right questions and following up to ensure everyone's was time was not wasted which would have resulted in a more expensive visit. I definitely plan to use Luther in the future and will keep him in my rolodex!

Plumber fixed the issue promptly and professionally

The guys worked about an hour snaking our drain-line which runs about 80’. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and we paid the price listed on Angie’s List with the senior discount. We would hire them again.

Called this morning around 8 am and Luther showed at 9 am and was done by 9:30. He thought through if there were any other issues based on my home layout. He went beyond his service to clean up stuff which I didn't expected him to do. Highly recommended for any plumbing work. Thx Luther :)

He over charged what he quoted. Then said he would come back and give cash for the over charge. He didn’t,”. He left pile of trash outside my front door and pile of tools. He left cover of the water shut off to the street off. I have to take out his trash and cover the safety hazard with one arm since I have my arm in a sling from shoulder surgery. I returned all of his tools he left and no refund of over charge from him. I will make sure to tell friends and family to never use this plumber.

He arrived on time at 9:00 and complete the job at 10:30. He charged me two hours ($155x2)instead honoring the $145 coupon I purchased from you. We bought the Strainer ourselves and he used the part. Charged 4 small half" multi turn angle valve for $106. Be careful their charge during the service.

Very impressed. The old faucet was difficult to remove due to corrosion - he had to cut part of it off to get it out. Did a great job of installing the new one that we had bought. We had forgotten that the sink shut off valves also needed replacement but luckily he had those parts on hand. Afterwards, he noticed that there was a problem with the sink drain trap which he replaced at no charge. A very fair price considering all that he did. Highly recommended.

Luther came out the day after I called. He asked for pics to be texted to him so he knew what he was dealing with, and could be prepared for repair. I was happy to do so, and it really saved time (money)! He knew the problem as soon as he checked it out, had the right part and was quick to repair. We were very happy with the service as well as the price, and wouldnt hesitate to refer him, or to hire him in the future!

The work we received from Best Price was great. They worked with us over the phone to determine which specialty part might be needed so they wouldn’t need to make two trips. The plumber (Luther, who was awesome) was in contact with us by phone to confirm the work and his arrival time. Once here we had a tricky set up, yet he was able to solve the problem quickly and get the tub working again.

Their representative was.rude, insulting (said I was as dumb as his uncle who could not even start a lawnmower), clothes were dirty top to bottom and.we.were.his first call of the.day. He is.the only plumber who.charged a bid fee ($149). I.saked him to get out of my house. Your telephone call following up on my experience came the same day. I told the.Angies List representative, because of this experience I will not use.Angies List again. Can't trust the.quality. Their bid was twice the price of another company.

Very happy with service. He also took care of a leaking seal in the toilet along with cleaning the drain, all for the price of the service call. I have asked him to give me a quote on replacing my water service from the street, which will be a expensive job.

Awesome! TJ was punctual, thorough, and quick in getting the jobs done. TJ was easy to reach before he arrived, and he was meticulous once he got here. In the past, I have always felt ripped off by the price of plumbing work... so this time, I was pleasantly surprised, and I would absolutely hire this company again!
