Tim and Colin are great to work with. They were easy to schedule, punctual, professional, and did excellent work. They cleaned up completely and were careful with our house which we were keeping pristine in case we had to put it back on the market. Would definitely hire again for future projects.

Tim Banwell is the person we use. I refer him because of his reputation in the community. He is very well known. He is very thorough and he knows a lot about subterranean termites, and carpenter ants. He is very good at trapping rats and mice to. I have gathered from 8-10 people that he is all A's.

He did it when he said he was going to do it. He had to work extra time and did not charge me for the time. He did a great job.

They were fine. I think I spent about $350 on their services and I thought that they were kind of expensive. There was a bad infestation of ants, but they knew their business and it was awkward to get to. I’ve used them and I was satisfied with their work. They are very knowledgeable. They are conscientious and they keep their appointments. They want to do their job. I will use their services again in the future if I need to.

Good service, got rid of carpenter ants.

This was a one-time job that they did for me, and they were excellent. I had no complaints at all. They were very efficient. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Tim came out and did an inspection. We agreed on a price and plan of attack. He came back within a week and treated for the ants (which also was effective on other pests). He also left baited traps which have been attacked 4 or 5 times. He returned last week at my request and put out some more traps. I felt he was very professional and knowledgable. We are pleased with his service.

Colin arrived on time and worked throughout the day until the job was complete. He was very helpful and informative regarding other unrelated pest issues I'm having in my home. The work in the crawlspace was excellent. He achieved very thorough coverage with the vapor barrier, and even staked it down so it doesn't move in the future.

We had a good experience with them coming out. We had a root growing under the house and it was attracting bugs so we were getting bugs in the house. We killed the root and got it out. The man from Beaverton told us exactly what to look for so that he didn?t have to come out and we didn?t have to pay him. The bugs went away but we are still going to have them do a perimeter spray. He was very informational, he didn?t charge us, and he pointed out some areas that could attract bugs. I thought he responded in a timely way and they were definitely on time and professional.

Tim responded to my phone inquiry very promptly and was able to meet me within 24 hours to discuss the problem and lay out a plan of attack. He showed up timely for every appointment and fulfilled all of his duties with professionalism. I would highly recommend his work.

They came out and sprayed for carpenter ants. They set up traps for rats and did follow up visits over the next 3 months to make sure that the rats were gone. The work that they did was guaranteed for a year. They did a great job, as we haven't had any carpenter ants or rats. They were really good about coming out and doing a follow up. They were very thorough as well.

They have always been very good. I have used them several times and I have always been very happy with them. They are conscientious and prompt.

Tim completed the house inspection & estimate and his brother performed the work. Both were on time and took the time to answer my questions. As the work was done in the crawl space, that had obvious signs of rodent activity, I was unable to check the quality of work. Tim provided me names of others in a networking group, who could perform other work around my home, which included a handyman and arborist. I have had other estimates for this work, however, Tim is the only one who actually went down into the crawl space and examined it completely.

Very well. They came out and saw no evidence of mice or rats. Suggested it was perhaps a squirrel coming in and going out again. They suggested ways to rodent proof my house. I asked for an estimate. When I am ready I will hire them to do this. I can't afford it right now because I need some roofing work done. Was very pleased with what limited experience I had with this company.

Colin Campbell inspected the crawlspace and submitted a detailed, clear bid for repairs. The work went forward smoothly within budget (except for extra work I requested).
