Tim did a great job. He arrived, reviewed the two nests, suited up, and had both nests removed in about 45 minutes. One nest was in a rotten log on one side of the house, and the other nest was on the other side of the house ... in the wall of the house! He sprayed the nests, and then sprayed a powder on the house siding to help with any yellow jackets entering and exiting the inner wall of the house once he left. When he left there was no activity, and I never saw another yellow jacket around either nest after that.

503 Pest quickly located the dead rat, cleaned out the entire space and sanitized it. Also put in traps to get any other rats and checked on traps twice. Also, swept out the basement and did some repair work to the basement door and insulation. Was very happy with the prompt, experienced way this was handled.

Got rid of all ants and they have not returned.

Recommended another company as they don't perform rodent control. I used the other company. However, because they recommended another company and didn't have to I will consider using their services in the future.

I was relaxing outside one evening when I noticed several wasps entering and exiting through a corner of my house near the roofline. It was obvious they were building a nest in the attic. I searched Angie’s list and called Beaverton Pest Control. Tim was able to come out within a couple of days. He suited up and went up into the attic. He was easily able to find the nest and take care of the problem. The nest was already large with hundreds of wasps. He left the nest in place with the poison to ensure that any wasps that returned would not survive. It has been several weeks, and I haven’t seen any wasps at all. Tim was professional and did a great job of explaining his process. Tim has a solid A rating and it is obvious why. I would definitely recommend him.

Technician was on time and spent extra time with me to educate me on the situation as the wasps were located within the siding. He started with the most conservative method to see if it did the trick. I appreciated the lack of scare tactics and worst scenarios that I received from others. The wasps are gone and he left me with instructions to deal with the rest of this season. I'd hire him again!

I got a call back, and the guy's response after I said my name was something along the lines of: What do you need? We're very busy. Wow. OK. Too busy for a new customer? Alright, let's try someone else then.

Ted was a very personable knowledgeable professional. The yellowjacket nest was accessible but the wasps nests were not and Ted crawled under and throughout our low to the ground deck to find and eradicate the nests we knew we had and spent time finding and destroying additional ones we didn't know about. We are pleased with a very thorough job and confident we're wasp free for the rest of the summer. Should have called him earlier! Thanks Ted!

Tim did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done to take care of rats in our garage. He discovered the rats were also in our crawlspace, and he repaired any holes that rats could enter into the crawlspace. He laid bait traps throughout the garage, outside the house and in the crawlspace. The rats were killed, and so far there is no sign of more rats.

Tim diagnosed my problem and offered a solution. He did not charge for the estimate, since, in his words, he "hadn't done any work yet"! He went about getting rid of those little buggers. He's been back once and will come back again, as long as there is a need. He seems to really know his stuff, and be as honest as the day is long.

Hire this company without any hesitation. Time, the owner, is a perfectionist and the job WILL be done right - the first time. We were very impressed with his always being on time as scheduled, the dedication and knowledge he has of the problem and the results were complete. He came out to our home three times to insure he'd solved the problem. He also solved a long-term problem we had under our home - and without a word about charging us extra - which we offered because we were so happy with the result. I would hire him again without hesitation - I hope I won't have to though!

They fixed holes where they could get into are home and left rat traps. He worked with the owners of the home on both sides to eliminate their rats and gave us a group discount. He has come back and checked our traps all in the original price. I am very please with the job they did.

good job as the ants are gone. I bought the 6 month deal, but the 3 month is more than sufficient as the ants are eradicated. Perhaps once it warms up a second visit may be needed. Treatment included house perimeter and foundation.

Tim was great! He explained the habits of the ants and told me it would be better to wait until warmer, drier weather to have him treat the house. In the meantime, he suggested I purchase Terro ant stations from Home Depot, or a hardware store. I deeply appreciate his candor. He was willing to give free advice and not generate a service call that wouldn't work that well in the winter. I will definitely call him when the weather improves.

They did very well. They had to come back twice, though which wasn?t their fault since the wasps came back.

GREAT! Tim immediately went into the attic and identified right where the carpenter ant nest was. He eradicated the nest, and left bait that would kill any future foragers. He did the job, he did it well, and he SOLVED the problem. In fact, several months later, we had an ant incursion in our house (again, a certain breed of carpenter ant that likes to go "up"), and Tim came and dealt with that problem as well. When we had a return a month later of different ants, he came out and dealt with that at no additional charge. Tim provided professional, thorough service. I respect him and that he runs an honest small business that isn't out to rip you off with repeated service contracts! We also used him for RAT problem we had at our business property later....took care of it... no more rats.
