BEAVERTON PEST CONTROL

I had Bald Faced Hornets build a large paper nest in a tree in the backyard. Several people got stung, including me. I called Beaverton Pest Control and they were able to come out the same day. Tim is very knowledgeable and quickly located and exterminated the nest. He's a friendly and easy-going guy who was a pleasure to work with. A couple days later, after the nest was dead, I went back there, wrapped it in a garbage bag and cut it off a tree. (A full-removal method, where Tim would come back at night and get the entire nest, was also available, but I needed them dead and gone ASAP, and figured once they are dead I could handle it from there.)

Angie's List came through again by helping me find this excellent professional. Tim really knows his stuff and explained to me what the issue was in a thorough manner and in terms I could understand. Even though he is busy with another large project, he responded to my call on the same day. Subsequent calls and emails were also returned promptly and he always showed up when he said he would. Tim responded immediately and was out to our place, treated and removed large nest from tree..this is the second time we have had Tim out, first time as awhile back to treat hornets.

Two young men were punctual friendly and very professional. They sprayed for the sugar ant problem and explained all they were doing. They will return in 2 weeks to followup. We were very pleased.

Tim was very responsive and was able to come to our house by the next day. He located five dead rats under our house (we could smell them unfortunately) and removed those. He inspected inside and out and found where they were coming in. Tim was great in explaining the situation and all about rat tendencies to help me better understand how they got in there to begin with, and what could be done to hopefully make sure they don't come back! Tim is coming back out on January 13th to fill in the holes where the rats were coming in under the house and he will lay bait and come back periodically over the next 90 days to check. Tim is very knowledgeable and I feel confident that he'll solve our problem.

We got a whole history of wasps, how they build their nest and what time of day is best to take it down in the evening, because that's when all the wasps return to the nest. It was fascinating. I didn’t know anything about wasps expect that I didn’t like to be stung.

The Exterminator (Tim) came twice, was punctual and effective. The first visit was to investigate and bait the mice. After two weeks,the second visit was to repair the places the mice were getting into the house. He was in the attic, the crawl space, the garage, in the cabinets, under the stove and dishwasher, everywhere. Very, very thorough. He did everything he said he would do, and more. We would recommend his 5-star services to anyone.

After hearing a noise in my wall and seeing a few wasps enter thru a crack in the outside wall near the roof line, I called Beaverton Pest Control the very next day. I called in the afternoon and was not expecting anyone to come out to my house until later in the week, but Tim offered to come out later that evening between 5 pm - 6 pm. It was great that he had after hours so that I did not need to take time off work. Once at my house, Tim determined it was a yellow jacket nest in my attic. He offered to take care of it that evening, so everything was taken care of in one visit. He also walked around the outside of my house to make sure nothing else was visible. He is very knowledgeable and was able to point out some areas where I should keep my eye on for future problems. I would use Tim again anytime.

You could eat in the crawl space now. Outstanding work. On time, within budget and very fine work.

I contacted Tim last fall about spiders and he advised me that they would die out soon and to save my money and not spray at that time. I contacted him several times about flea problems. He spent time advising me on the best courses of action. He sprayed once for fleas. Later in the spring we discussed spraying to prevent my annual spider problem and decided on the best time. He said it would also help kill any fleas that might be in the crawl space. I have been very pleased with his work and for helping me work through pest problems.

Tim arrived within 24 hours of my call and precisely on the agreed upon time, which was after hours at the end of a very busy work week for him. He listened attentively to me and my concerns, crawled up into the attic to assess the situation, and then went straight to work to take care of the problem. The location of the two bee hives was in a very narrow space in the attic, so not easy to access. Tim worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. He paid attention to detail and made sure to fasten a new piece of heavy duty-screen securely in the vent opening and tightly around a cable television line. Although I had moved into my townhouse only seven months ago, apparently, this was where bees had been entering for a couple of years. So much for the home inspection that was required prior to buying the property! Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone who is having pest problems.

The service is great. They are efficient, easy to work with, and really nice guys. They always follow through and the pricing is very fair.

Our house was examined concerning the extent of termite damage. It was decided that this was damage that occurred prior to a previous treatment by another company and that no additional treatment was required. The owner of BPC, who did the examination, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were not charged for the service. I am happy to recommend BPC.

Their service was fine. They answered the phone right away. They got here when they said they would and were personable. They took care of the bugs and I have had no issues with yellow jackets since the service. He explained everything well and did exactly what he said he would.

Tim came in and searched the house for signs of ants. He treated the whole house (including attic & crawlspace), specially focusing on areas where he found evidence of ants. He was on-time and very methodical in his work. His price was definitely higher than what I was expecting for the service but I guess you get what you pay for. In this case, I was more than happy with the service.

Tim was very thorough. He made a practical appointment for us. He applied the insecticides into the areas in numerous places around the house. He had to move some objects around and he did. The problem was solved, but he said that he would come back if the problem was still there. However, the their are no more pests. Tim was very all very personal.

I really enjoyed having Tim at my house. He did a excellent job during the home inspection for pest control. He found some damaged screen vents leading to the crawl space. He checked them all and repaired/replaced them as needed. He found some dead rodents in the crawl space and disposed of them. He has come back 3x for free as it is part of his service plan to check up if there are any traces of rodents in the house. There have been no signs at all. I believe the work he did with the screen vent repair is now protecting my house of any rodent invasion. Tim is the right person for the job and if any of you are deciding on who to work with, then I 100% recommend calling Tim. He will give you a honest price and back up his service.

We were so impressed by the service Tim provided on many levels! First, beause we had our home on the market, it was imperative that we were able to schedule someone who could flex their time to respond to our urgent request. Tim agreed to come at the end of his already-long work schedule to suit up and examine our crawl space. It wasn't long before he discovered the "culprit" and he also informed us that several of the vents in the home had not been properly secured, allowing for wildlife intrusion and he clearly explained what he would do to secure the space. Second, Tim scheduled a return visit the next day, with gear and tools in hand, and he made a final inspection of the crawl space, with good results (and at no additional charge). He then secured two of the vents that had been disturbed by previous vendors and corrected the problem in a way that will not require further action. And last, Tim was respectful of our home at all times, carefully cleaning up everything after the work was completed. Thank you, Tim! We appreciated your knowledge and expertise. We'll sleep easier tonight!

Tim responded to the call and set bait traps. Very thorough and professional. All sign of muse activity has ceased. I will use him again if I need pest control.
