All Property Services was willing to work around my tight schedule and finished the job on time.

I hired All Property Services to sand and stain my deck. I was very pleased with the detail Hector showed in Sanding and applying the stain. I watched him for quite a while, and could not find an area that he didn't go over, making sure the wood was completely covered, and he made sure that on a very warm day, the stain was blended perfectly. I have other plans for this company in the future.

We have a large wood deck (1100 sqft.) that we needed sanded down to bare wood. Most other contractors wouldn't even provide a quote. All Property Services completed it to our satisfaction in two days. I will definitely recommend them for others with similar projects.

Nael and his crue are wonderful. I hired them for exterior paint and repair, they did great job with replacing the wood frames with Hardy plank and color. Very reasonable price and great service. I highly recommend them.

They sanded and stained a 16x20 deck with 6 stairs. Cost $2180. Job completed in 4 hours and one day early. All 3 employees were professional. Would definitely hire All Property Services for other projects. Deck looks great.
