We hired All Property Services to repair and stain our front porch. The porch had some rot that required removal and replacement of rotten facia boards that encompassed our joists and removal and replacement of our railing. The entire porch was pressure washed and stained. Nael prepared a thorough and clear statement of work. The crew chief Molesto was thorough in leading the crew through the work. The result was high quality and timely. This the the second deck related job we have hired All Property Services with the same high quality result.

Work wad done on time and budget. Went above snd beyond to have it done right. I spoke at length with them about the project, I could tell these guys really know their stuff - they suggested alternative repair options that were more cost effective and resolved current and future problems.

They were very professional with customer service - thorough written contract and work was done fairly quickly. They did a very nice job and explained everything. I asked a lot of questions. I did have them add some additional work on the underneath part of my elevated deck (which is the roof for the ground level patio). This was nicely addressed and treated. Overall great deck restoration and treatment with Storm and Kilz underneath. it looks like a new deck!

Nael and crew helped shore up structural elements of our deck on a house we newly purchased. Nael was very friendly and accommodating along the way, and the crew overall did a great job on the deck. After doing the work we realized a small portion of additional work was needed that we had not initially accounted for â Nael was quick to assess the need, and brought his team back to ensure everything was complete to satisfaction at a rate we could agree to. I appreciate the integrity and professionalism, am happy with the work, and would recommend.

Nael, Molesto, and their team are all excellent professionals. They created a thorough and well structured proposal. They accepted my request to substitute my mahogany stain preference ( which I had researched online). They were always on time and adhered to their schedule. And the quality of their work was excellent.
