They did a long Cedar fence with a new gate. Also tore out a very large wood deck and replaced it using Trex. Timely, courteous, job done well done from start to finish. Will most definitely hire them again, and would highly recommend!!

Nael and Monesto are the most professional team I have ever met. Nael was incredibly easy to reach, very timely and reliable. I was honestly ready to hire Nael on the spot just because of his professional and trustworthy demeanor but got some other bids just in case (his quote was also the most competitive!) This project was scheduled a week and a half after Nael came to look at my deck and was finished exactly when he said it would be. That is unheard of for this peak of season time. He was ALWAYS on time which is so hard to come by in a contractor these days. Unlike other contractors, he did not try to push unnecessary repairs or adjustments to make more money. He also worked with me on some last minute changes that I requested which I very much appreciated. Monesto did a fantastic job and the deck he installed was absolutely beautiful. I feel lucky to have found this team and would recommend them in a heartbeat! I would certainly hire them in the future!

Great experience all around. We had some wind damage to our fence and siding. Nael gave us a very reasonable estimate three days ago and had his very capable employee, Hector, come over today to do the repairs. The fence and siding look great! We will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

All Property was hired to fix a few cedar siding boards. Right away we found significant hidden damage. All property accommodated the much larger job and still finished that day. I was quite impressed with the quality and speed of the work.

My project seemed very simple at first, but after uncovering the damage turned into replacing a major beam in my house. Years of water seepage finally came through siding on the front of the garage. All Property Services was fast, honest and excellent to work with. I had a very limited budget and they were able to come in at a very reasonable price. Mr Saker worked with me to get approval from my HOA, and made sure the work was top notch. His crew is exceptional and trust worthy . I couldn't have been in better hands! I am so happy to have found them. I will definitely have more projects for them.

Communication was slow

Nael and his crew did a great job. They are nice guys who do great work. They showed up on time, cleaned up any mess and were accomodating to my requests. I would hire them again.

Nael was a delight to work with. He is professional and eager to do the best for you. He and his crew arrived on time or early each day and did quality work with quality materials. They repaired our deck, on which a huge tree had fallen. They repaired existing railing added railing I requested. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and our deck looks better than it ever has! Each worker on Nael's crew was kind and respectful. Great company!!!

Nael was quick to respond with a reasonable quote for deck refinishing. Sanding was done with small orbital sanders, which was more labor intensive but very thorough. Two coats of SW stain provided a beautiful finish that I hope will last several years. During the project and not originally planned, a few deck boards needed to be replaced, along with a couple of support posts. Everything was handled on time and on schedule.

Very friendly, helpful, thorough & overall did a quality job fixing my back deck.

We hired All Property Services to repair our wood deck railing and two gates. This involved replacing about 125 linear feet of top rail and painting the entire rail including all the square balusters. Nael and his crew provided the highest possible level of customer service. They initially finished the job in one very long hot day. We had a few little areas for them to touch up the next day and the whole team did a fantastic job of ensuring our satisfaction. The finished product is beautiful. We would definitely hire All Property Services again.
