I felt I got honest and thoughtful customer service. Nael was prompt and careful. He used a team of two whom he had obviously worked with before, and he stuck around to carefully supervise them. His team did a nice job cleaning the sheet metal underdecking under our deck and cleaning out the downspouts. To clean up after themselves, they gently pressurewashed the pavers under our deck and left our sliding door and the whole area cleaner than before they arrived.

Mr. Saker was responsive, honest and timely. I plan to use his business again. He is a true gentleman.

The gentlemen that worked on my deck were very helpful, polite and fulfilled my wish to have my problem resolved. I was able to have my deck work completed in a very short time. Response time was quick, bid was reasonable. They are excellent and very hard workers. Very very pleased with the outcome of the project and will definitely use their services again.

The work was good, my only complaint was Nael was late for the initial appointment then Hector the carpenter was unable to start work on schedule, missed a day and arrived an hour late the next day. The work was done but ended up having to be finished in the rain. Both men are competent and likable but need to improve timings.

Mr. Saker was really friendly. He responded right away to our requests. We felt of all the bids we got, he was the most honest with what costs would be. He wasnâ t pushy nor out to take us like others seemed to be. When asked for a cost break down we got one, other companies refused & so All Property Services got our business. His crew leader Hector answered any questions we had with clear explanations. I asked his opinion a lot & he gave honest answers to help. The whole crew did great work. We will recommend this company to anyone wanting honesty & hard work for their projects needing done.

Hector was excellent

Nael and his crew were amazing to work with! They responded quickly and came out to do their estimate. We had several quotes from different companies for our siding project and there s was the lowest. They did high quality work. They installed a few sheets of siding that were the wrong size, but as soon as they noticed it didn t match the rest on our house, they fixed it right away and did not charge us for the extra material they used. They were very honest. Great work for a great price. We highly recommended them!

Derek at 360 painting arranged for his crew to come in and paint the walls and ceiling for our project. His crew was on time and efficient!!

They showed up quickly to do the estimate and quickly scheduled the work after I found it very reasonable. The very personable workman did a thorough, nice job.
