Description of Work: Completed all services required on the Heat Pump. Checked and completed service on the Furnace. Very complete and through examination of all system working parts. The "visit" went very well and I am completely satisfied with the service and Professionalism of the service personnel!

Description of Work: The fan on our heater went out on a Sunday night. I called a bunch of places early the next morning. Only Clear Air Act answered the phone. They came out quickly to check things out. The technician replaced a damaged piece but said he was concerned that the motor was not working quite right. He stayed around an hour or so to make sure it still functioned but warned me that it might stop working. About two weeks later, the motor died. We called them back and they promptly came back to fix it. They were very accommodating of our schedule (my husband and I both had to work that day). They answer their phones early and return calls promptly. They were a pleasure to work with. I can't really say how their prices are since I have nothing to compare them to.
