+ -1 moreMy sister recommended the Motts to me. I saw her carpets before cleaning and then after the Motts cleaned the carpets, and the results were impressive. I was very impressed with their work for us today in our home, too, and will recommend them to others as well. They were very professional, courteous, and did the highest quality carpet cleaning at our home today. The carpets look fantastic. Brandon and Raymond Motts listened attentively and followed all my requests about the work I wanted done. They thoroughly answered all my questions about our current home's carpet and the carpet at the house we are buying next month. They arrived at the time scheduled, and worked very hard the whole time. They also listened carefully and did everything they promised to do and everything I asked them to do. I will hire them again, and have scheduled them to clean the carpets at our new house next month.
Description of Work: Brandon Mott walked through each room with me & discussed the carpet areas I wanted to be cleaned, as well as one area I wanted repaired. He measured the areas with a laser device to determine how much to charge for the job & gave me an accurate quote. He repaired a small section of damaged carpet for us with some scrap carpeting we had. He thoroughly vacuumed the entire house before bringing in his cleaning equipment. He cleaned the carpets with a cleaning machine & engine attached to his van. He protected the door frames with special white guards so that the cleaning machine hoses wouldn't rub against the wood frames. Raymond Mott joined Brandon during the middle of the job, to help with some of the work. He moved furniture and area rugs as needed. He put special foam pads under the furniture legs to protect the wet, cleaned carpet from being stained by the wooden legs. He gave us thorough instructions about when the carpets would be dry & a bottle of spot cleaner.

+ -1 moreFantastic. We recently moved. Luckily, by having him do both places empty on two different days, we didn't have to work around any furniture. Scheduling the two dates about two weeks apart was also no problem. Raymond got the stains out of our new place that I thought were in there for good. He also got our pet odors out of the old place as well. This is our second time using his services. He has the best equipment and knows how to use it!
Description of Work: Cleaned new house with Teflon coating and cleaned old rental without any coating, fully carpeted in both places.

+ -1 moreI called later then I should have to get the carpets cleaned for a party on saturday. Even though his Friday was full, he scheduled to do it before his first appointment. When they changed the time, they called the night before to let me know. They did a great job, and the carpet looked great. I was concerned that with the amount of traffic that I have in my house that the carpets would not come clean, but they looked great. I even recommened them to a friend who needs her carpet cleaned.
Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets in the dining room, living room, bedrooms and the carpeted stairwell.

+ -1 moreOUTSTANDING, is not enough of a superlative to describe the experience we had with Mott's. They were extremely professional, prompt and the quality of work was tremendous. They were able to get stains out that I thought were impossible. We have HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Mott's to our friends and will use them again. We could not be more elated.
Description of Work: Cleaned our entire house, 6 rooms and hallways. They moved just the furniture we requested and even placed protective pads under the furniture when it was put back. They also applied a stain guard to only the areas we requested.

+ 0 moreI was extremely pleased with Raymond and Brandon. They were here exactly on time and gave a thorough estimate along with possible protection upgrades. They did not apply any pressure, they simply let me know what was available. They worked very hard for 3 hours and did a great job. I am amazed how clean everything looks and they did a great job cleaning my grandmother's 50 year old dining room chairs.

Description of Work: WE ORIGINALLY USED MOTT'S CARPET CLEANING TO DO OUR ROUTINE CARPET CLEANING. WE HAD OUR FAMILY ROOM, STAIRS AND HALL CLEANED ON THEIR FIRST VISIT TO OUR HOME AND WERE MORE THAN SATISFIED.
