MOTT'S CARPET CLEANING

There was an issue afterwords with the air flow coming out under the house. They never showed up to address it. I was afraid an air duct loosen up after the cleaning, and they never showed up to address it. They need to respond to people when people have concerns and complaints.

Just that the price didn't seem the work that they did, didn't justify the cost. Probably be a little more cost competitive. Not charge so much for the protect-ant. When they added that on, it was a shocker of the cost.

I have no idea to compare their price. The quality of the work is good.

They did more than we were expecting, our carpet is showing its age and they were able to turn back the hands of time.

My family and I were in the process of moving and the tile in our old house was absolutely horrible. I called Motts Carpet Cleaning as I have heard nothing but amazing things about the company. They were prompt, came and gave me an estimate that was lower than I had anticipated and squeezed me into their schedule. The tile looked brand new once they were finished, this included the floors and the counters. I had them back to clean the carpet in my new house as although the property management company claimed it was cleaned and treated, it clearly was not. Again, prompt, courteous and professional and now my carpets look brand new. Would recommend them to anyone, and have to many!

They were very professional. Moved all of the furniture themselves and elevated the furniture so the carpets would dry properly.

Mr. Mott was able to meet some unexpectedly tight timelines to do this work, which consisted of 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, a long stairway and a living area, all in a very light carpet. The living area was especially dirty. When he was finished cleaning the carpet it literally looked like it is new, despite being the original carpet in the condo (4.5 years) and having had some very heavy use. He also treated one bedroom for pet odors and applied a dirt repellent in the living area.

A client recommended Mott's Carpet Cleaning service to me. We had been using other carpet cleaning company many times. Since the client had highly recommended 3 times, I decided to give Mott's Carpet cleaning a chance. It turned out a very bad experience. I felt I was set up by this client. Mott's Carpet charge 40c per square feet plus stairs is extra. This is unreasonable rate in carpet cleaning industry. From my memory of talking on phone, I got impression that Mott's service is very reasonable. But when I talked to them their rate after service, Raymond threaten to sue me or damage my credit. I don't think he has the attitude right for any customer. There are better carpet cleaning business out there.

Fantastic work. They were prompt, thorough, and oh, so nice. They are a family owned business, and it shows. Personable and careful. It dried quickly and is sparkly clean. I couldn't have been more pleased. They also do gutters, so I had them clean those, too, and it went equally well, much more thorough than companies I had hired previously. Then they gave me a referral to a gutter company after they pointed out why I was having to have it done so often.

Our carpets were not only very dirty, they also are on the verge of needing to be replaced... but we keep putting it off. I was very pleased with the time and attention Raymond took cleaning my carpets - the cleaning took years off of their look! I also had a very large ink stain in one room. I had no hope of it being addressed at all; in fact I told him to not even try... Well he was able to lighten it's appearance significantly. That was just an added bonus to the overall great results that we got. I will definitely continue to use Motts Carpet Cleaning.

We have used Mott's annually for the past several years. They do a fantastic job. I can't say enough good about them.

The only thing I can say is.....MOTT'S is the best. I will most likely not waste my time getting quotes from anyone else, as I have in the past 22 yrs, to only end up going back to MOTT'S. Raymond,the owner, is not only up to date on his carpet cleaning business but has expanded to many other cleaning services. He's punctual, very reasonably priced and very informative about maintenance of all services.

Gary Mott was very professional and called me ahead of time to see if he could come earlier. Since this was the first time cleaning for us, he did a room-by-room walk through and he provided an estimate when completed. He also provided an estimate for removal and cleaning of an expensive wool rug from our great room. The cleaning was exceptionally thorough and included vacuuming, moving furniture as needed and placing styrofoam covers on furniture legs during the carpet drying time. We felt that our carpets were truly clean after the process and we loved the fact that the cleaning including rinsing out the solution so that no residue remained in the carpet fibers. They are definitely more expensive than other companies I've used over the years by at least double the price, but I liked their process and will hope that their method proves worth the investment over time.

They do a very thorough job and are relatively quick. I would use them again in the future.

Raymond Mott is the owner; he is excellent. He cleaned an oriental rug and it was a square-foot price. I can't remember what the price was. The quality is good and everything is fine.

I usually do this in the summer so the warm weather can dry the carpets out quickly. I was late in scheduling this year. They were very responsive and were able to come within just a couple of days of my call. As always: professional, on time, thorough. They worked on a hopeless coffee stain in my bedroom (its better, but not totally gone)which they warned me was likely. Got out all the kids apple juice, spaghetti, popsicle, and what have you stains in the family room. Carpet looks good as new. Their price is higher than other but I think they're worth it.

Great job. Very professional. Came promptly and cleaned three rooms with minimal impact on family routine. Very efficient. Wife now does not want to use any other carpet cleaning service.

He was timely, efficient and professional. The price was higher than we have paid before however he was so knowledgable, it was well worth the price.

He is only one of very few Certified carpet cleaners and he knows his "stuff" He cleaned the rugs with different specialized system than the regular carepet and they are beautiful. He began by a heavy vacuuming that most carpet cleaners do not do. Then spotting. Then the steam cleaning. He has the best equipment in his van that I know is around $30,000 so he is very serious about his company. He does the work himself so it is his reputation on the line. I later received a letter of thanks (nice). By the way he fit me into the next day's schedule and he was there on time and was on the job at least 3+ hours.

I like their personality and they are very conscientious. They clean up well.

The service was very good. They were very friendly and very professional. It was a father-son job and they both came out and worked together. They were very knowledgeable.

After agonizing over how to pick a carpet cleaning company, I chose Mott's because they had received good reports from Angie's List members and they are in a nearby community. They worked very hard, always asked me if I wanted the heavier pieces of furniture lifted or let alone, and informed me of their progress every step of the way. They use a mild, 'green' shampoo, which I liked because I'm sensitive to chemicals and have pets. The carpets look great, and there is no lingering odor of shampoo.

Brandon worked hard and got out all of the stains! I am amazed! He was respectful of my home, and covered the wood floor with clean tarps before starting the job.
