Excellent! They were a hard-working, polite, friendly crew. They did a great job, answered all my questions, and showed me how to program the system if I ever needed to change any setting. A special "thank you" to Aden, Christopher, Alex, and Kent. It's wonderful to work with such nice people!

After consulting with a few water filtration companies we opted to go with Stutzman. The installation tech Dennis did great job and was very professional. I told Dennes one of the reasons i went with Stutzman Services was his professional representation of the technology and the company. Now we have water that is not so stinky and tastes great! Will have to see how our yellow lab pup "Daisy Mae" likes it, I'm sure she will!

Excellent! Doug has been to my house on three jobs and all were performed in a very professional way. Fit and function are always at the highest level upon completion of the job.

Great! They are not too far out in scheduling things, or will adjust if you have an emergency. In the past we had a water line break in our barn and they came out right away. They are great!

Plumber called before arrival introduce himself and to say he was on his way, much appreciated. He didn't have the required part with him. Left to get it and returned in af reasonable amount of time. Repair made.

We use Stutzman Services for several services. They do outstanding work and are very reliable.

Wow! I have never had such good service in my life. My mother who is 90 had her pump go out. I called Stutzman’s and they had a crew of two of the nicest young men out to her house in a half an hour. The pump was fixed and running in a hour. They even moved stuff for her to get to the pump. Thank you for the good work.

Estimate was higher than we wanted to spend and our essential needs were covered. Code issues with the existing system were pointed out and fixing these were included in the bid. The builder was notified and the existing system was corrected.

The plumbing attached to our water heater came apart on yesterday causing a flood in our utility room. I called Stutzman Services and spoke to a very nice lady who was extremely helpful. While we weren't calling it an emergency, she was concerned about sending a plumber out as soon as possible. She was able to send a plumber out this afternoon. He knew exactly what to do, fix it and was gone in about within a half hour. Excellent service. We would definitely call Stutzman's again.

Kent and Aaron did an awesome job. They successfully resolved a number of issues and overcame obstacles as they found them. They were very dedicated to doing good work and communicated well throughout the entire process.

It was a Friday and I was frantic that I would have no hot water for an entire weekend. I called and they were able to work me in to their schedule that day. By noon my water heater was repaired. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained in detail the possible issues and costs involved. I wish Angie's List had an A plus rating!

They were ontime, professional and responsive (previous person hired failed to show up). They were much more expensive than some other services but wee able to get it done within the necessary timeline.

We were renting a home and after about six weeks there was the sound of running water. After several theories were explored including springs running under the house, we turned the water off at the street. The sound stopped. We contacted the city to check on consumption. There was a leak of about 1-2 gallons per minute going into the ground beneath the slab. We contacted American Leak Detectors (another review). Stutzman initially replaced the line from the street and then replaced all the plumbing in the house. The owner covered the cost. The entire process took about a month, but all is working well. The 12-year-old front loading washer did not survive being moved 5' and had to be replaced. Stutzman worked with the owner and others to schedule work as quickly as possible as the job continued to grow beyond a simple leak repair. While the overall work took longer to complete, temporary piping enabled us to live in the house while waiting for the next repair window. The total job took about a week, but had to be rescheduled as new issues arose.

Turns out it was an issue with the sump pump which they couldn't work on. But they explained everything in detail and were super helpful.

They were so busy this rainy October that they couldn't give me an appointment for about 10 days, but since the clogged drain was overflowing at a cleanup down the hill from the house, that was not a problem. They came when they said they would, found that tree roots had broken through the 3-inch drain pipe in two places about 10 feet apart, repaired the pipe, and cleared the clogs. Adam and his helper were pleasant, knowledgable, professional, and worked hard and steadily. I would recommend Stutzman Services and will use them again should the need arise.

One of their techs, Abel, came out today just to have a look and provide an estimate. He called an hour before arriving and arrived on time. He was very professional and walked me through the whole process. After about 35-40 minutes of inspection, he showed me each of the issues and made sure I was making the key decisions and understood my options. He provided a quote, which was a lot less than I expected considering this is their busy season. Long story short, he told me he could do the work today if I wanted! Heck yeah! A few hours later, everything was good to go. Again, Abel walked me through and showed me all the repairs and even went above and beyond by making recommendations to improve my lawn watering. Great experience and a totally professional tech!

Stutzman Water System has come out on many occasions and patched in water and serviced our water system. These are small jobs, but they always come out and do a great job.
