My three year old Rheem Hybrid Water Heater developed a Wi-Fi connection problem with the electronics board. I called Stutsman‘s service because they done great work for me in the past. Aaron B. responded and diagnosed my electronic board needed replacement. He ordered a replacement board from Rheem, which was covered by Warranty. When it arrived, I was able to schedule a return appointment quickly with Stutsman Services. Aron B came out again, installed the replacement board, and set up the EcoNet app confirming that everything was operational. I couldn’t be happier with Stutsman’s and their service technicians. On time for appointment. Courteous and professional crew members. Told me what they were going to do with follow up after work was completed with pictures. They assured me there was a history of my well in their files and they could see what work was completed at all times. Laid another pipe route while hole was dug in case current pipe fails. New pipe will already be in place averting another "dig" cost in the future.

Had a problem with metallic taste in our well water. Tech, Dennis, was here within 30 mins of my call. Fixed clogged air valve which was the source of the problem. Very happy with the service.

They arrived within an hour of my call reporting low (or no) water flow in my home. The problem was diagnosed, then fixed the following morning. It cost more than I would like, but the job was done satisfactorily and promptly.

We had a great experience with Stutzman services. Our family woke up to a house with no water. We called quite early in the morning, and had a call back before 8am with a prompt timeline for service. A technician, Aaron, was at our house before 9am. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain in detail the entire system, why it had failed, and what to anticipate given the different “fix” options. He then quickly fixed the problem.

They were professional, completed the work in a timely manner. Took care of the breaks in lines that occurred during the repair. We’re informative and gave feedback on my future needs.

Well pump failed and they were prompt at showing up. They completed the work in two days, were respective of our property, and dealt with a challenging repair situation (limited access to well area) effectively and efficiently.

We were happy with the customer service, from the office people that we contacted to the service people that did the work. I really liked that they sent an email when the technician was on the way and that a picture of the technician was included. The technician had the knowledge one would hope for and was very personable.

Fantastic! This was a pretty big and complicated job with water shut off involved as well as having to work with the city. Everything went well, great communication, and I kind of miss not having them around! Will definitely be our go to for plumbing work and have already recommended to someone else.

Stutzman installed a sump pump for us. They showed up on time, kept to their bid, and the end result looks great.

Adam came in, after a call and text alerting me as to his arrival, and surveyed the scene He was careful and used a drop cloth and left the area clean. It was unclogged in no time. I am very happy with the kind, friendly and prompt service.

A window of time was given for the plumbers to arrive. Received a call and a text when they were 30 minutes out. A leaking pipe was fixed on the first visit. A second visit was needed to replace a corroding drain line about 40 feet long. Received a bid, accepted bid and 2nd visit was scheduled promptly. Office employees were courteous over the phone and plumbers were on time and professional. Job was completed for the amount on the bid. I recommend this company.
