Adam came in, after a call and text alerting me as to his arrival, and surveyed the scene He was careful and used a drop cloth and left the area clean. It was unclogged in no time. I am very happy with the kind, friendly and prompt service.

A window of time was given for the plumbers to arrive. Received a call and a text when they were 30 minutes out. A leaking pipe was fixed on the first visit. A second visit was needed to replace a corroding drain line about 40 feet long. Received a bid, accepted bid and 2nd visit was scheduled promptly. Office employees were courteous over the phone and plumbers were on time and professional. Job was completed for the amount on the bid. I recommend this company.

He thoroughly checked everything and fixed a leak we had. Made suggestions. Gave estimate for additional work like fixing heads.

The old hose connection was under a window bump-out. The technician not only moved the hose bib to a more accessible location, but tapped into our tankless water heater lines so that the line could be bled in the winter time so that it won't freeze. For both the estimate and the work, the communication with the dispatcher and the technician was great. When he wanted to come early he could call. He also called with an eta so that I could know when to expect arrival.

The usual excellent job I have come to expect from Stutzman. Professional work from the estimate to the final inspection. Stutzman subcontracted with Willamette Valley Underground to bore a hole from the pumphouse to the target location, about 100 feet away, then pulled Schedule 40 PVC pipe back through the hole. They installed a really nice hydrant with a standard hose bib and tied it in to the PVC pipe, then attached the PVC pipe to the line from my well in the pumphouse. The person who came to provide the estimate was very detailed in what to expect, the office did an excellent job in coordinating, and the installation people were cheerful and professional. I'm very happy with the result.

very pleased with the fact that an earlier slot was available than was originally scheduled. This will save us money, since a leaky toilet bowl seal was replaced and stopped the leakage that had been going on for a while. The toilet was also re-seated and sealed. "Jake" did a very good and professional job.

It went great! They had a drill that they could maneuver around the gas line and I drilled into the house. They even made it into the opening that was already there. No plaster work to repair! And they cleaned up after their work was done.

They were punctual in getting here and feedback on when their arrival would be. The repair was as expected given my symptoms to pressure failure.

Wonderful helpful quick fairly priced

Called Stutzman Services first thing on a Monday morning (pump had died late Friday evening). I was given a priority rating and would be worked into schedule asap. Just over an hour and received call technician was on his way. Technician arrives and in short order has problem located (little critter became a fried critter) in the pump control box. Replacement called for and delivered. Installment done and check-up complete. And a very happy customer with running water.

Very well, more work was required than originally anticipated and yet he graciously completed all the required lengthy plumbing work and kept with the agreed upon fee.

The tech Dennis is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the various workings of the well system and how testing the various components would provide a clue as to the source of our issue. After examining our system through a set of logical troubleshooting steps, he determined the problem was with sediment in the pressure tank. While we currently did not need a new tank, he did provide an estimate as we requested. Our tank is over twenty years old, so the clock is ticking. I will be definitely be calling Stutzman Services again.

Very well. Jake, the plumber who installed, was a magician getting into crawl space to do work, and made sure his finished project was tight and solid. He was professional, considerate and concerned w/doing a good job. Kent, his boss, is to be commended too, for pre-work advice. One caveat: the Moen single-valve that was used does not allow adjustment of water flow, so hinders any effort at saving water. It only allows adjustment of temperature. If i'd known this ahead of time I would have asked for another option. In this day and age of water shortages and drought, this should be a mandatory change in thinking and "doing business".

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and presented me with some price options. He didn't do any more work than I needed. He was upfront about all pricing and was easy to work with.

Talked with delightful young lady that was quick to get me scheduled for estimate, and the repairman was quick to get here and able to track down the problem and fix it. Both of them were so very nice, both knew their jobs and I felt very at ease with both of them. They bent over backwards to get my problem solved in a timely manner. The repairman was very pleasant, kind and patient with my questions and also shared the information I needed to know about the problem. I feel they deserve more than 5 stars. I also feel secure in knowing they stand firmly behind their work and will be honest with you.
