I feel it says a lot about their company that they screen & hire not only good workers, but the kind you feel truly know their stuff, are devoted to helping you get the issue resolved in a professional manner, are compassionate & caring about your current situation, and you feel very comfortable having in your home. |I appreciated their honesty when a problem arose. + -1 moreThey were highly recommended to me. I had a bad experience with them. They did not give me the correct trees that I wanted. I thought they would know what trees to plant. They planted twice as many as I needed. They did not plant the trees in the correct place. They broke through my water line, then charged me $350 to repair it. They worked on a muddy day. Instead of carrying the trees, they drove a truck onto my field. They left tracks in my field that are still there today. I was very disappointed in so many ways. I did not get good service. I was charged too much. UPDATE 8/14/2012: Stutzman Services contacted me and offered to refund the entire purchase amount and even sent me a check for this amount. I decided this was not necessary and we worked out an agreement for half of the purchase price. Kevin Konzelman is who I was working with. I really appreciated the way he handled this issue. I now feel that they definitely put their money where their mouth is an stand by their work.

Stutzman had purchased it and we made an appointment for them to come out and do the tests we requested. They came on day set, performed the tests and sent the results to all we requested copies be sent to. Simple set up, well done procedures and satisfaction on our part.
Description of Work: We had a water flow rate test on our well and a sample of water was taken for a coliform test in preparation for the sale of our farm. The service was professional and friendly. The reports back to us were professionally done and we appreciated their service.

Description of Work: Did a complete diagnosis on the well system, correctly identifying the problem (that three other companies completely missed after spending $6000) and immediately fixed the issues by installing a new pump, cleaned well with compressed air, cleaned and repaired filter system at the house.
