The plumber showed us what needed to be done as we were having to wait way to long to get hot water from the time we turned the hot water faucet on . The plumber asked us when we last had the system bled. We had never had this done because we did not know that it was necessary. It took him several hours and we immediately saw the difference. He was professional and knew what he should do Not many plumbers really understand and on demand water heater, but he did.

Service was so professional, friendly and certainly affordable. Stutzman's has serviced my unit twice before and they do the BEST possible service.

They are very good and efficient. They are not the cheapest though. They responded quickly to a problem I had.

He was prompt and courteous. Toilets flush weird... Take a really long time before they empty which feels like a big waste of water, but they flush.

I was very impressed with the on site technician, Luke, as he provide excellent service and information. The working conditions in the valve vault were not optimal, but he was able to perform the work with quality. His advice about the deteriorated condition and type of valve seal help me to determine it would be best to replace the other valves. There was no pressure, or hard-sell to perform the additional work, just an honest assessment and recommendation to perform the task now or in the future. He even chose to take his lunch while his parts runner delivered the equipment rather than charge me for the 30 minute wait time! I am very happy with this company and there quality of service and support. Shortly after this incident my son had a sprinkler valve that leaked. I did not hesitate to contact Stutzman who again provided a quality service repair.

Prompt, professional, fast, wore booties, cleaned up thoroughly. My only gripe is Stutzman used PVC for sanitary lines instead of ABS making it much more difficult for me to finish the job since HD and others only carry ABS fittings for sanitary lines. You might ask in advance if they can use ABS if this is an issue for you.

Their office crew gave us 3-day service from our call, providing timeframe and pre-service call. The plumber called as planned, showed up and resolved not only the stopped bathtub, but also gave us some tentative diagnoses regarding ongoing well pressure problems. The repair as well as cleanup were accomplished with answers to our questions and an extremely cheerful professional attitude. The following week we contacted Stutzman again for a well pressure and tank relocation. Again, the plumber called to announce his time of arrival and showed up exactly on time. He established his work area and used booties to avoid tracking. The work he did was done timely and again, was diagnostic of further problems. Each question we asked was answered clearly, providing clearly whatever options existed to solve the problem(s) and attaching tentative costs which allowed us plan a budget. Four weeks later, after a detailed estimate, two plumbers arrived on a Monday morning at 9 a.m. and began repiping the 56-year-old house, using both crawl space and attic. Both took time to be courteous, informative, and accomplished the job in 2 days. Idiosyncracies of the old house were challenging but again, solved with clear explanations to us for the time and equipment used. I had been informed of the reputation of Stutzman before our initial contact, and it was accurate, actual work and cleanup were extremely professional. Their clear preparation for both diagnostic and repairative work saved time and money, and expertise provided clear picture to us at every step. They knew exactly what they were doing and had done similar work many times. If they were puzzled, they worked out solutions and kept us informed. Our house water quality and pressure on a well system in my estimation exceeds local city water quality and reliability. And they left the job site cleaner than it was when they arrived.

They did a great job. They were very friendly and very prompt. Their pricing was very good. They checked other places to see why the bathroom shower was not working, and they fixed everything. I give them A plus all the way.

They showed up on time and got to work right away. The young man was friendly and professional and was not afraid of getting wet. New sprinkler heads were needed and he had them in stock in his truck. The necessary repairs went quickly. I do plan on calling them the next time I need help with my pumps or irrigation systems.

I was greatly satisfied with the service received. A call to the company was very pleasant and the receptionist was very helpful related to my shower and kitchen faucet problems. Upon completing my phone conversation with the receptionist, in 10 minutes I received a call from a technician who informed me that he would be at my home in 30 minutes. The technician was prompt, polite, considerate, and professional. Prior to fixing anything, he asked questions about the problems I was facing, and once he understood, proceeded to provide me with a clear estimate as to the cost of the entire job. He even gave me alternatives as to how the job could be completed before he proceeded with the service. This was greatly appreciated. The job was well-done, and he kindly explained to me all that he had done in a manner that I could understand. He also proceeded to clean up after himself, and the place was as clean as it was when he first began. He was very considerate in respecting the home I lived in. As a result of being very satisfied with the quality of work and service I received, I decided to enroll in their 3 -Year Customer Care program which included preferential treatment in emergencies, free diagnostic service visit on service call, 25% savings on every single job, free yearly inspection, transfer of benefits to new owner or new home, etc. This is fine, since after my experience, I wouldn't mind having this company oversee my plumbing issues for the coming years. Prior to leaving the premises, as part of the Customer Care program, he inspected all my in house plumbing fixtures to check for problems that might arise. I was truly thankful for this service and was gratified with the company's helpfulness. You should know that I went to Angie's list before I selected this company to handle my plumbing problems. I'm glad I did that.

work completed and tested in a professional manner, suggestions for solving a bad situation were excellent, worker pleasant and considerate. he was careful of my home wearing shoe covers or taking off shoes, covering working area, completing and thoroughly testing to make sure that things were working properly before he left for the day.

I used their services twice. I do think the price of $70 per hour seems a bit much. The first year they came, it cost $140 for them to get my water running and start my system so my lawn sprinklers worked. At the time, I was told that one of my 4 pipes out in the yard wouldn't work due to a bad switch that would be very expensive to fix. So I chose to let that remain broken. The following year, I called them again and they came out and showed me how to push the "reset" button (for $70) on my sprinkler system. (lol). Then they checked my sprinkler switches and realized that the supposed broken one was NOT broken and they got it working. They are very professional and polite. However, I think they could have explained the reset button over the phone and I could have tried that first. I was also suspicious about the "broken" line switch and have wondered if that was an attempt to get me to spend more money that first year. But it could have been an honest mistake.

He checked and made a suggestion to disconnect my hose reel, which I did. Then we talked about getting a new pump. The cost was to much for me at the time. He readjusted the pressure screws., so hopefully I can get another year of service from this old pump and save money for a new one I have used Philomath Pump since 1980. I have always gotten great service.

Arrived on time, was polite and skilled, did not hard sell. I was very satisfied.

The tap was putting out a trickle of hot water. Stutzman's sent a service man who pulled out a book that had a cost associated with all of the possible problems he could run into. He explained what he thought the problem could be and the cost to do the work He said if the job was more involved that he would tell me prior to going forward. He got the tap flowing in short order. He took time to explain all of the process and was very pleasant and polite.

Came out and gave me options and told me that the least expensive option in this case was the best option. They arranged everything so that I could go to work and they they made a two day job happen in one day during a very busy time of year for them. They were clean, professional, and reliable. They contacted me a few days later to be sure that I was satisfied with their service and I had no problems saying that I was extremely satisfied.
