Description of Work: Fixed several leaks and replaced some fixtures. Consultation on well system and issues/problems to fix in the future. Matt came twice and after installing a faucet from Home Deport for me, I hated how flimsy and cheap it felt, he ordered a better one through their company and returned in December to install it. Very nice man, very helpful, explained process to me and what he was doing and problems as well. I appreciated it.

Description of Work: Stutzman replaced our well pump and installed a variable-speed pump controller. The installation required a new pressure tank and some new plumbing to connect to the house plumbing. They scheduled the service on short notice and provided a skilled and effective team. The work was done in a single day, as estimated.

Description of Work: They did some landscaping for me.

Description of Work: Repaired shower valve/leaky shower head. Would have liked an approximate cost before work started, although this likely would not have affected decision to have work done. Work was rescheduled one time due to conflicts in Stutzman's schedule.

Description of Work: Totally re-landscaped our backyard, which is very large. Ran into drainage problems for which they suggested solutions.

Description of Work: They turned on and serviced my lawn sprinkling system.They showed up on time and finished quickly.

Description of Work: They replaced a valve in my shower handle that turn the water off and from hot to cold. Had the part on the truck. Was very quick.

Description of Work: House well pump and well tank stopped working. They came promptly on a Sunday on an emergency call and they tried some fixes and diagnosed the problems. They came on Monday and worked an very long day to replace the 25 year old and 300 foot deep well pump and to hook it up to the well tank. They were professional and hard working and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking frost free water faucet that required removing part of a pipe in a basement location. Also leak under kitchen sink. I signed up for |their yearly maintenance plan which will lower my service call expense in the future.

Description of Work: After doing an analysis on a failed water well, they quickly dug a new well that met all approvals by county officials, and did it within the prescribed time to make the house ready for sale.

Description of Work: Requested a quote to replace all water pipes. They came on a Friday to evaluate and said would have a quote by Monday. Wait for a week past their self imposed deadline. No quote. No call. So called them to inquire on status and then waited for another three weeks; still have no heard anything. Never have the courtesy to call back and say we are not interested in the job or quote is coming. Absolutely and definitely will never consider them again.

Description of Work: I hired Stutzman Services for well pump repair, new house water service hook up and installation of a water treatment system. This company had all the services I needed and sent out qualified people on time. They are not cheap but came highly recommended. I would give them an overall A rating in every category except they are still working on solving a sulphur odor problem after 4 months. My expectation is that they will continue to work on it until I am satisfied.

Description of Work: Workers were professional, polite and punctual. However, they did not come equipped to finish part of the job (they replaced the toilet but were not prepared to do a repair to my kitchen sink faucet) even though I had reminded the office that we wanted both issues addressed. Toilet repair was successful and about the same price as one I had done by Evenflow.Cons: they left a mess in my shower, made me schedule far out to make sure that the person assigned to my job could be there and in the end he wasn't able to make it after all. Basically, they did the job but the customer service side/clean-up was only okay.

Description of Work: The first few years in our house our pipes kept freezing. The first year it burst and needed to be fixed. It only cost about $200. I thought it would be way more. The second year it just froze so they got it warmed up and working. That one was less than $50.
