Description of Work: Thanks to the Oklahoma weather hail took out the shingles the first time. Two years later the hail was worse and went through the decking as well. That was very expensive but the company dis the repairs for what the insurance allowed. Great company = great workers = equal great job done.

Description of Work: Excellent job onRoof and gutters. |Extensive in house remodel-quoted very high but would not give a breakdown of their costs. Kept saying they would but never came thru after several requests. Went with another company. Over $10,000 less with added work, excellent quality.

Description of Work: Quality of the work was excellent. However, several things didn't happen as they should have. Not once was I was I informed of the hold up and in every instance I had to make multiple phone calls to find out the status. Some of the issues that occurred that slowed the project: |- the contract did not specify what shingles we wanted, |- the shingles selected were not in stock as we had been informed |- they started the roof but ran out of shingles and had to reorder more |A simple phone call would have made huge difference in how I feel about the project. The project took about 5 months when it should have taken maybe 1. The sad part, the quality of their work was excellent.

Description of Work: Salazar is a first class roofing company. Owner lives in Yukon, OK which is it's HQ. Very satisfied with the job and the roofers.

Description of Work: Reroofed our home. It went very well Gave us an estimate stood by that estimate and cleaned up well after job was finished. When heavy rains started up again after the reroofing we still has a leak by our chimney(this has been a problem area before) They responded quickly and fixed the problem without any added cost. They value their customers.

Description of Work: They removed the old shingles and felt, put down new felt and shingles. They also replaced my two turbines and the flashing for the chimney. Additionally, they installed new guttering around the house. They also repaired a dip in my roof and repaired and painted my wooden chimney. The dip and the lower part of the chimney were not covered by the insurance and were not included in the original contract, but the sales rep informed us about that before the work was started, the total cost of everything, just over $8700, seemed fair to me. | |It went well. Gary, the sales rep, met with insurance adjuster and they determined the damage, wrote the contract and got things started. Gary, the roofing crew, the guttering crew and the chimney repair crew all did a great job. All of the crews cleaned up after themselves. Gary called this morning to check and make sure we were completely satisfied.

Description of Work: Wasted my time. Took 3 days to call me back. I held up my other bids to get they're bid. Did not call back with bid as promised. I called them 24 hours later. Promised a call back. None,picked someone else. They called back the next day and said they didn't want the job. Very unprofessional.
