So far they have treated us very well. I would recommend them. I have a minor issue, but expect them to take care of it this week.

Salazar Roofing and Construction is timely. They were easy to work with. They were here on time. They did the job on time. They cleaned up their mess very well. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. The guy came back, followed-up and inspected the roofing with me. They made sure I was 100% happy before asking for any money.

I contacted Salazar Roofing on two different occasions, once before the storms hit and once after because we needed a roof. They had put two roofs on my parents home and we were referred to Salazar by my parents. I did not receive a phone call back either time and eventually contracted with another company to put the roof on our home. I guess they didn't need my $12,000.

I paid them the emergency fee to come out. When the builder built the house, he left a big gap between the vent fan and the roof and it became larger eventually so it was the builders mistake. When they came out the first time, several of them came and they fixed what they thought was the leak but they missed on place where the vent fan was, then they sent another guy out because I told them it was still leaking. He went up there, he saw where the leak was coming from, and he retiled it and corrected it. They again charged me for the second time, which was probably more expensive than the first time. I plan to call them back to give me some ideas to fix the ceiling next because it is real bad. The price was very good.

Salazar Roofing and Construction were on time and did exactly what they said they would but for minor repair I wouldn't call them. Their price was reasonable.

They came out promptly, did the work recommended, and thoroughly cleaned up all the mess on the ground. They were courteous and professional. They had reroofed another house I owned about 5 years ago and I was very pleased with that job which is why I called them for this more minor job.

They were excellent. Their price was good and they got the job done in a timely manner. Their cleanup was good as well. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Salazar replaced our roof, repainted windows, replaced broken glass and replaced our siding. All had been damaged by hail. They also added two roof vents at our request. They took it upon themselves (with our approval) to bring a couple of vents up to code that were done incorrectly by the last roofers. When they were unable to access one of these vents from the attic due to its location. they removed the shingles they had already put down off and replaced the vent from the roof side rather than do a slip shod job. They worked very well with our insurance company and our salesman, Bob (405-406-0770) made multiple trips to ensure that the work was being done as promised and even got our insurance adjuster out two more times to get them to cover more damage that was uncovered during the roofing process. The roof was done in a day! Salazar was down the list of roofers that we called but the only one to come out and give us an estimate. I wish that I had called them first. We would have been done much sooner. We've had alot of storm damage in the last year and most companies are busy enough that they were't concerned about our business. This was not the case with Salazar. I would most definitely use them again and have recommended them to my friends. I am very pleased with our salesman too.

Salazar Roofing was recommended by our insurance company to provide an estimate of repair after I found a couple of shingles by my house after a storm. They contacted me within an hour of me calling the insurance company and came out the same day to look at the roof. They were very honest with their assessment and informed me there was minimal damage done, literally just a couple of shingles missing on the edge of the house and told my husband it would be an easy, inexpensive fix that can be done on his own if he would like, or they could fix it for us.

Starting with the young man who came out to give us the estimate to the completion of the work this was a good experience. Our roof is very high pitched. The roofers worked quickly, the copper roof was done expertly and the guttering was done well. I was very concerned about clean up as my grandson lives with us and I did not want him to step on any debris, but clean up was done very well. The company was very patient working with our insurance company.

We went with Salazar because they seemed the most legit company we found. The guy that did the estimate and supervised the crew was quite the salesman working with us and the insurance company to get the job done. They even threw in some drip edge at no additional cost. They were a little hard to get a hold of after the estimate to get a date that the job will be done. However, I can attribute this to heavy work load in the area due to a big storm. The work crew got the bulk of the work done in one day with a bit of finishing work done on the second day. They were a courteous and hard working group.

I had a previous estimate from somebody else and I almost was taken by one of those people that come and knock on your door and tell you that they did your neighbors house, but they did nothing for my neighbors. I got an estimate from Salazar and they were just so friendly and so forthcoming with all of their information. I went and looked at a couple of the houses in the area that they actually did and there was a sign in the yard and everything. They did an excellent job and did my neighbor's house next door. The guys were in and out in the same day and everything was cleaned up. They have a really good reputation from Angie's List, but also from my direct neighbor. I think they did three or four of my neighbors in the area.

We have called Salazar Roofing on two separate occasions for estimates. The first time we called, I was told someone would be calling us to set up an appointment. After waiting for two weeks, and me calling every other day i that time, they finally called back to set up an appointment. We told them never mind, that we had called someone else. This was this past December and it was for a facia issue on our house. I called them again this past Tuesday to set up another appointment, this time for a roof replacement. After almost 10 days of not hearing from them, I called to find out what was going on. They said they would have someone out the next day (today, 1-25-2013). Half n hour before they were supposed to be here, the guy calls and said he was too backed up, that he couldn't make it today. He also said he would be going out of town this evening and wouldn't be able to get to us until sometime next week. Needless to say, we weren't surprised and we said just forget it, we'll go with someone else yet again. I most definitely would not recommend using them. They are unreliable on estimates or appointments. I don't care how good the work is, we will not be calling them again.

They were just good. We chose them because of their reputation, and we would absolutely use them in the future if needed.

They were very friendly and detailed about what they were doing and how they presented their quote to us. They were also very quick on their service. We did not go with them because we got a better quote from somebody else, but we would recommend them to others.

Recieved roof repair estimate on 5/15/2012. Was told then that it would be a couple weeks before they would start work. By the end of June nothing was started. Called the person would did my estimate. He told me a story about having to hire new carpenters (my estimate included soffett replacement). Into July, nothing was started. Called back. New excuse, somehow my work was not put into the schedule, but he would fix it. By September nothing started. Called back. Same excuse, same hollow promises of getting to the bottom of the miscommunications and get things started. Now its Oct. I have no delusions that they will ever call be back or start any work. I joined this site to give my negative review of this company and find a good roofing service. F you Salazar. I hope my F review prevents many others from using your company.

My town encountered tornadoes, so i had to have my house remodeled. They had three constructural engineers come out give me estimates. They were very helpful, and reached out to every sub-contractor for us. It took a year for the remodeling to be done, but I was very pleased.

Knowledgable salesman and very personable, answered any questions I had. Started early at reasonable hour and left at the end of day at a reasonable hour. Returned the next day 7am to complete the work. The work crew was on time and careful not to damage anything. They placed covers over the AC unit and shrubs, were respectful and polite when a question had come up. The only thing i am not sure of is why they didn't have someone to do the gutters, it would have saved me some time. It did not come up in our conversation at the beginning. The only thing I can think of is they wanted me to have the option of selecting my own contractor and price for myself, anyway i am satisfied with all the work that was done.a

The initial negotiations were precise and contracting was a good experience. The roofers were outstanding and very accommodating. Material delivery was no hassle. The work began on a high pitch roof and continued for two days. Every things went perfect. The colors of the roof were coordinated perfectly with the vents and the cleanup was excellent. This is a large roof. Comments from my neighbors is highly positive. My friends have compared it to work done in their house and my house is far superior in quality. I highly recommend Salazar Roofing.

The emergency crew not only fixed my leak, but they also checked all my other vents and sealed them. Now I just need to get my inside sheet rock repaired.

Crews were prompt and polite from Day 1. Demolition and the new roofing crews cleaned up the residential work site every evening before leaving the property and hauled away all trash. Crews were very careful to sweep up any nails, screws and staples from the yard and driveway areas and took special care not to allow my dogs to escape from the gated back yard! Crews arrived on time every day, all materials seemed to be delivered in a timely manner, and completion was achieved within the time estimate as provided by Mr. Michael Salazar. It was an expensive job, but Mr Salazar was upfront about this from the very beginning due to the poor condition of the flat roof and some of the underlying structure.
