Description of Work: I called them right after the May 31st storm because our roof was damaged. They came out quickly to cover the roof and give an estimate. After waiting to get our insurance check, I called the sales representative to come pick up the signed contract. That was a month ago. Tried calling the sales representative numerous times, but his VM was always full. Left messages at the office. Never got a return call. Finally got through to the office today. They said 'Matt Artiles' is never very good at returning calls (then why keep him on staff???) and that it would be 2 weeks before they could out on a new roof!!!!! Ummmmm, what?!?! Needless to say, I told them to tear up the contract and we would be hiring someone else to replace our roof.

Description of Work: I called the company, had two gentlemen show up and showed them the work I needed performed...have an old home and need a deck/porch roof replaced and general wood replacement around the house, scrape and paint. They assured me they would get me an estimate in 2 weeks time. It has been well over 2 months and I have not heard from them.

Description of Work: We had to get a new roof on our home and only had a few weeks to get the job done and a very limited budget. We had no idea how much it would cost so we contacted two companies for estimates. Salazar by far and away gave us the best treatment. The gave us an estimate very quickly and came in at the lowest price. They were able to get the job done within a week. When the crew showed up they went straight to work. They were very neat and they made extra efforts to protect our lawn and neighbors property as they worked for two and a half days. At the end of the job, they even used this machine that looked like a lawn mower, but was actually a magnet to pick up the nails so no one (human or animal) would get hurt. The final cost was exactly the cost of the estimate. The did great work, and our roof looks beautiful. We've had several strong rains since the installation and we've had no problems. I would definitely recommend Salazar to anyone!

Description of Work: I left a vmail and sent and email to this provider asking to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my roof and never heard back from them.

Description of Work: Twice Salazr made appointment with us for someone to come out and do estimate for repairs. Both times we were there waiting and no one showed up. We gave up after the second time, and called two other companies, both of whom showed up as scheduled and gave us estimates.

Description of Work: Labor Warranty 5 year. 1 layer. Valley: closed metal. Metal edging: 1 1/2 x 1 1/2. Squares to install: 53/33 (actually installed 49). Extra: Re-flash Fireplace. Ventilation: + 4 L/P Vents. Always use: nail gun or hand nails upon request, haul away debris, clean up all roofing trash, use magnets to pick up nails. Removed 2 power vents & plug, Added 4 L/P Vents.Rolled Rfg. on Sunroom. Ice shield underlayment included for sunroom. Prosposed cost: $7,850. Actual Cost $8,550 Was very pleased with job upon completion. I would recommend and/or re-use.

Description of Work: We had sustained significant roof damage (also windows and siding) from a massive hail storm. Salazar's was only one of several contractors we contacted. Their rep made an appt. to come out. He was on time, brought samples and brochures and seemed to know his trade. He said he'd have to come back another time with his "guy" to measure in order to give us a written estimate. Apparently, they were accustomed to coming out after the insurance adjustor has assessed the scope of damages and then they tell you if they can or can't do the job for the amount insurance will pay. While we had the scope of damages from insurance, we still wanted a written estimate. He did return with another man and they did measure some windows and siding. They did not go on the roof. He said he would get back to us with the estimate in a couple of weeks....the delay likely due to the heavy demand. We never heard back from them. No phone call, nothing.We wondered that if they didn't respond well at this point, how would they respond to us once they had a signed contract. Rather than find out, we elected to find someone else.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate. They did not return the call. I needed a new roof but they were too busy or something to return the call.

Description of Work: Good reliable company. They came when they said they would and finished on time. I have no complaints
