Company had to reschedule several times, and was about a 2 month wait period after service was purchased (am sure due to response of ad). Company staff was very professinal. Would highly recommend this company.

Anthony came to our house to give us an estimate on the cost. We then set a date and he came out and cleaned all our windows. Anthony was very professional and so friendly. We plan on having him came back every year to clean our windows. Did a great job.

Glass Cleaning Specialists showed up on time and introduced himself. They wear job specific clothing so you know who you are talking to and he was extremely professional and quick. I am very happy with the job.

I was impressed with Anthony beginning with the speed of the reply to my e-mail asking about his service. He was very personable and professional on the phone. He explained his services thoroughly and there were no surprises when he arrived. He was running a bit late but he called to let us know and since we were also running late it was perfect. Things do happen and communication is the key. I was not here when they did the windows but my husband said Anthony was as pleasant in person as on the phone. The windows and mirrors looked beautiful! We were long overdue to have our windows cleaned and we will definitely use their service again.

What he did was fine. His work was excellent he was punctual. I had him come and he was "Johnny on the spot? and he worked me in. When someone is here I do not want to visit with him and you do not ask someone for coffee when you walk in on your first visit. You do not ask to top off the cup, that is unprofessional. He did a terrific job, don't have any problems with it and the problems were good. I just do not want to visit with someone just say hello, how are you and show them where the stuff is. You should not be asking someone to top off your coffee. What was really nice and he was running late one day and he called to let me know which does not happen often.

they had to remove storm windows and then clean them and the inside windows. They cleaned my windows inside my house too. they then put the storm windows back up with new rust proof screws. the 2 man crew were friendly and worked hard all day long to get the job done in 1 day. My windows are cleaner then they have ever been. They are beautiful.

Had previously gotten an estimate that seemed incredibly high from a Different Angie's list contractor. Decided to wait awhile and then got an Angie's list big deal for Glass Cleaning Specialists . So glad I waited!!!! This was the best gift I have ever given myself!! I moved into this house 2 years ago and sure that previous owner had never washed the windows either, so they were filthy. Anthony and Keith were terrific. On time, organized, efficient and professional. It took a lot of prep work, removing all storm windows, cleaning the window sills and casings, etc. Some windows were even painted shut. It took about 3 hours but what a difference it has made. It,s almost like there is NO glass in the windows.....it is that clean. I will be a repeat customer and have already recommended to all my friends ... Great job and people would be crazy not to use them.

Anthony was completely professional and incredibly nice! Such a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be adding his services to our calendar maintenance. He was polite, courteous, and even took time to pet our dogs. Definitely an A+++ person and contractor to deal with.

Both guys were very professional. The job wasn't perfect, but pretty close. It's hard to get windows spotless and streak free but they came close. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job they did and would use them again - they are affordable.

I called and spoke with Anthony and asked for a short notice request. He was very kind and courteous and was able to rearrange the schedule to meet my request. He arrived when he said he would, surveyed the work to be done, and made valid recommendations which I agreed with. He started the work and did exactly what he said he would do, making sure all the equipment and supplies were out of the way, and he worked very quietly and efficiently. Superb!

Anthony contacted me last week, came right over and went through the entire house (including my pool house - which is windows on 3 of the 4 sides.) He gave me a quote, suggested a couple of remedies for issues involving repairs / replacement and scheduled the appointment for the next Friday. Friday arrived, the repairs that I scheduled to coincided with the window cleaning were in progress, Anthony and his crew arrived right on time and began the process. They worked the entire inside of the house, moved to the pool house (which was quite a job, large pella windows, with screens). They then cleaned all the outside windows & screens. All the mirrors were also cleaned in the house. They move all blinds and furniture required to give the windows a complete and thorough cleaning. They even provide a rain re-do, if it rains and your windows need to be redone. I cannot begin to tell you how professional and courteous they are! My windows have never been cleaner, they even said I might have birds flying into them since they are so clean! I have set up a monthly service for outside windows with Anthony, I cannot imagine doing my own windows ever again.

It was a good experience. Friendly, thorough and detail minded. Anthony was just as excited about the windows shining as I was. He was on time and stayed until the last speck of dirt was gone.

We have quite a few windows in our pre-1920s house we recently closed on. The windows were very, very dirty, with stains and and some breaks. Anthony did a fantastic job cleaning all the windows, the windowsills, the storm windows (storm windows were on most of the windows) and even replaced the broken glass in three of the windows without charging for labor (only charged for the glass). Really great work and highly recommended.

Last year I had my hourse painted....and the storm windows were removed in order paint the windows and trim and as a result the inside windows were unable to open to get to the storm windows and as a result Anthont had to remove all the storm windows,clean andput back again. This was a little extra but well worth it and He did some little things as well. I am very pleased with his work and the best cleaning I have had from any window cleaner. I definitely will have him back and I am already scheduled.

Anthony called me to let me know he was on his way. He managed to get mineral deposits off a big picture window that no other window cleaner was able to remove. He offered to come out free of charge to meet with the window company who made a large 6 ft. x 8 ft. window where there is moisture in the glass- broken seal so they could not claim that the window is dirty. His crew was polite and they were very efficient. He suggested a walk through afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and touched up a few places. I will definitely call him again.

These guys were great! They were very professional in every way. They were prompt, did a fantastic job and the price was right, especially with the 20% off coupon offered on this site. I will definitely refer my friends and use them again next year.

This company was phenomenal in every way. From promptness in showing up for the appointment, politeness, professionalism, quality of work done, to speed of accomplishing the job. A bonus was that the price was more than reasonable.

Tony is a delight to work with. So helpful, knowedgeable and speedy. Does a great job on even the highest windows on my 2-story house.
