Needed windows cleaned for a Open House. Purchased an offer for cleaning up to 15 windows, screens and sills. We agreed over the phone that the offer would be honored. He promised to have been there early in the week but didn't make it until the end of the week.. When he arrived onsite, he then quickly doubled the price. Then he returned about 5 minutes later and hiked up the price a second time. The $89 deal quickly climbed to $215. He knew he had me over a barrel because of the open house scheduled for that weekend. The job performed was terrible, streaks on almost all of the windows. The windows sill on the windows were never cleaned, I am convinced that I would have done a better job. Called the gentleman back, texted message the pictures of the dirty windows sills and the streaks in the windows and he never showed up.

Anthony came prior to the window cleaning, picked up my screens, replaced them and brought them back in a couple days. Since I have cats, he offered the pet screens as replacements. I had holes in my original screens because of the cats sometimes having a battle with an outdoor stray cat. With the pet screens, I have caught my daughters cat climbing the screen to the top, several times. His claws did not leave holes or any marks. Greatest screen ever! The guys did a good job on the windows as well.

Anthony and his crew did wonderful work. He even cleaned all the mirrors in my house. They were running three hours behind on the previous job but aside from that I would give them an A+! I will definitely hire them again!

The guy has never called me back to schedule. I want my money back.

They did a fine job at cleaning the glass. However, they removed the screens and left, with without cleaning them or re-installing. The screens had quite a bit of dust and they told me that they could spray them off but they would never be clean because they were aluminum. Also said that they would be back later to finish the job. While they were gone I took a scrub brush and a bit of water and had all the dust and dirt off in under 2 minutes per screen. In my opinion they just wanted to squeeze in another job that day and never intended to come back. I never heard from them again. If all you want is a window washed they are fine, anything else look elsewhere. And yes the screens were in the bid.

I don't recall the exact price, and am too lazy to go look it up, but They changed the appearance of our home! You don't realize how dirty your windows are, and how much it impacts the light in your home until you have the windows clean... really clean! Anthony & crew were very happy! My neighbors were so impressed they called him to come do their house! We are so thankful!!!

I was hoping to take advantage of the $89. service. Owner explained that since we had "old fashioned" windows ( wooden frames inside and aluminum storm windows/screens outside) the time invested and the cost would increase. He was very professional and very willing to work around our schedule. All the workers were busy the whole time and did a good job. We had windows that we were unable to clean ourselves but they are now clean and I'm grateful. They also replaced some screens that needed it. Overall it was a good experience.

Mr. Hudson rescheduled the appointment twice. He make the third appointment and cleaned the windows. Mr. Hudson cleaned the inside of all the window and the other worker did the outsides of the windows. They worked quickly and efficiently; and left everything neat and clean.

It went great. Anthony and his crew arrived around 9:30 am and finished around 2:30 pm. We had removed all the drapes and curtains previously and moved some furniture to give them easy access to the windows inside. They were efficient, professional, quiet, and friendly. I would highly recommend them and would recommend having your windows cleaned. I never realized having the windows cleaned would make such a difference.

The glass turned out terrific. 15 windows took about 1.5 hours. Some of the screens were not reinstalled properly.

Excellent work. The windows had not been cleaned in over a year and they look great now. The crew even cleaned the glass in the transoms above our interior doorways.

They arrived on time and went to work cleaning my outside windows on a single story home. They worked steady. They took off my storm windows, removed the old screens, and cleaned all windows until they shined. They were great.

Anthony called me the same day and scheduled me in the very next day. I really appreciated his hard work. My windows haven't been cleaned for a few years so they really needed the help. It took him longer than normally, I expected, but he still did such a professional job, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I also like that he is very personable. I thought it was misleading. I was frustrated.

This is the second time I have had Glass Cleaning Specialists clean my windows. The first time was about mid-year, 2014. They came the day we arraged, worked to completion and did an amazing job! The house was built in 1923 and the windows had not been cleaned in many, many years. There had been several remodeling and construction activities on the house and the windows were drepressingly dirty. This home has over 50 windows and they are all divided lights. The crew cleaned inside and out and the house now feels like it sparkles. It was worth every penny!

He did an excellent job. He was very friendly, very accommodating, and very professional. I will have him back.

They said they cleaned windows and I made the assumption that meant they cleaned the whole window...frames included, but the first time they came out they cleaned the glass and vacuumed out the dirt, but what I needed was to have the whole window cleaned i.e. the window rims. All the windows were very dirty due to neglect for years. Screens were missing and they did build some new screens, but they never came at the first appointed time. Both times they were due to be there they wouldn't show up and I would call and they would say they are running behind and could they come another time. Then when they left the first time the glass was clean, but the window rims still had dirt and grease on them and they looked awful. The second time they came they were replacing screens and they did so, but they left two windows without screens. I called them about 10 minutes after they left and they did not return my call. There were several occasions that I called the Owner and he just did not call me back. I also found a window that is not working properly and they had to know it so I'm wondering why they didn't bother to even mention it to me, but it also occurs to me that they broke it. I noticed that most of the screens don't fit correctly. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The Glass Cleaning Specialists did an outstanding job in a convenient time. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up as they worked and left the windows looking as if they did not exist.
