I contacted them after seeing the company in the Angie’s List publication. There were no troubles with scheduling. They were running late to the appointment, but they called in advance and arrived at the new time they estimated. Three men completed the work in about three hours. They did a great job! I have three dogs in my home and they were just fine and even played with them. One of my storm windows was cracked. He took it with him, replaced the glass, and had it back in less than a week. I had a wonderful experience with them.

Anthony & crew cleaned my windows inside & out. He cleaned the screens & replaced one. He did a good job & I will use him in the future.

I hired Glass Cleaning Specialist to make a home ready for listing on the market. We scheduled the service for Friday the 26th of September, I received a call asking if he could do the work on Thursday afternoon because it fit his schedule well. I said that this would be fine and waited all afternoon and never heard from him. I guess a better paying gig turned up. He did show on Friday and was kind enough to pick up the keys (12:45 pm) to save me a trip over to the house to begin cleaned. This was a bad mistake, he went to the property and performed the glass cleaning work in less than two and a half hours. He called me while I was at the doctor (2:40 pm) and said they were all finished, now this was less that two hours after picking up the keys. I said I would leave the doctors and come look at the work and pay him. He replied that that wasn't needed and informed me that it was best from a sales point to leave the screens off the house. Since they were aluminum screens it would detract from the nice clean windows, they would come back and put them in anytime I wanted, it would only take five minutes. He left an invoice in the mailbox) When I got to the house I will be the first to admit that the windows looked great, they did a fine job of cleaning the window glass, that's where the good stopped. The screens were piled in a back mud room uncleaned, also there was a storm window missing. I called Anthony and he said that they would clean the screens when they put them back up, if we decided to do so. However, when they sprayed the screens off the brown staining would not come off the aluminum. I also questioned him about a missing storm window and Anthony replied that "I thought you knew it was missing". I ask all of you, is that not the type of thing a person would note on their bid, that a storm window was missing. I was curious about the brown on the screens, aluminum does not rust so it must just be dirt. I took a soft scrub brush and plain water, the brown is indeed just dirt and comes right off the screens, I'm sure Anthony is correct, just spraying the screens wouldn't have removed the dirt. However telling a customer that the brown will not come off of screens because you are to lazy to do what you said you would do (clean the screens) is just plain deceptive practices. The missing window deteriorated to a he said he said situation and is still missing. I was impressed by all the "A" rating that Anthony and his company Glass Cleaning Specialist had received on Angie's List. Once my business was completed with Anthoney I went back and carefully read the reviews, as I invite each of you. You will find punctuality problems, screens that were taken and never returned, promises of work that never gets done. Here is how he operates, he is charming, nice guy, takes a job, does a great job cleaning the glass, everything else just kind of slips by design. He knows if he leaves the screens off and unwashed there is a fair chance he might never have to come back. As far as cleaning anything other than glass forget it, he doesn't wipe out the window frames, clean the screens, deal with missing windows that he failed to note on his bid. I do not recommend this company. I'm tired of folks that do fair work and are listed as "A" companies. Read the review, lots of problems and everyone rates him an "A", this has changed the way I look at Angie's List. I will read the reviews and then give them my own grade.

He did really excellent work. Not only did he clean my windows but he also helped rehome an animal and his friend purchased my house. Anthony and his crew worked quickly and thoroughly over roughly 30 windows. I am very happy with the work they did.

Anthony, the owner, came a few days before to give me a free estimate. We agreed on a time and price and they were here on time and did an excellent job washing all of our window, screens, mirrors, etc. He even changed a hard to reach light bulb for me using his handy dandy ladder. My neighbor saw his truck in the driveway and hired him on the spot to clean her windows. I will definitely be using their services again.

The windows looked great. They did a good job. A couple of screens were damaged (not necessarily by them) and they took them to repair but never brought them back. I should have called but never got around to it.

Due to rather strange weather, they were not able to clean the windows on the specified date, which we found completely understandable. They did an excellent job, as we have both rather large and numerous windows on two floors.

We had a hard time scheduling due to demand and weather but Anthony stayed on it. They were careful, effiicient, hard working, friendly - perfect!!

Anthony and his helper arrived on time toured the house and quoted a fixed price. The work was performed in a professional timely manner at a fair price.

They did not arrive at the agreed upon time of 8:30am. After calling them, they said they would come in afternoon & arrived about 1:45pm. They were friendly & efficient & avoided my ivy that wraps around the room 2 or 3 times. I have a lot of plants in there & they were all moved away from the windows by me because we have a watering system that runs from one to another.

Very professional and prompt. Priced right and does a great job. Have also used them to clean chandeliers and they did an excellent job.

We had difficulty coordinating the visit due to inclement winter weather & a busy schedule on provider's part. Once we connected & arranged, work was performed to my satisfaction. Pleased with the outcome.

We live in a house that was built in 1923. It had been vacant for about two to three years before we moved in and started major overhaul/restoration projects on it. No telling how long it had been since the windows had been cleaned, they were very, very dirty. Anthony and his helper cleaned all of them, inside and out in a little over a half day. They were courteous and professional. The windows look great and the whole house feels cleaner. We plan on using them again and recommend their services to others.

He called right away after we purchased the Big Deal. He was very nice and has been very easy to work with. He is super friendly. We haven’t had the work done because of the weather and scheduling conflicts, but the work is scheduled for June.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job. They were communicative and friendly. They were quick when they got here. They hustled and they did a good job. They got everything cleaned as asked for. I had to change the schedule once or twice and they were willing to do that. They were communicative on when to expect them.

We have double windows and it is quite a job to clean them. The work was fabulous. They offered to replace my screens and they made the windows much easier to see through. Windows were spotless. The men were very friendly. My husband and I felt comfortable going to lunch leaving them to work. We had no doubts about doing that. Very hard workers. Will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with Anthony (and Christopher). Highly professional,personable and very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. Quality of work was excellent.
