Description of Work: I requested an estimate from Dahl for installing a mini split ductless air conditioning system. They encouraged me to consider a traditional central heat and air system which I thought would be cost prohibitive since I have an older house with no existing ductwork. They also told me that because my house is older and has plaster and lathe walls they would not install central h/a because the EPA regulations were too cumbersome. I chose to go with another company that did agree to install central h/a for only $800 more than the estimate from Dahl for the mini split system but my experience with Dahl was favorable.

+ -1 moreThe scope of work was explained carefully to me and several choices of units were presented. There was no pressure to purchase. The work was neatly done and to my specifications. They corrected a problem which wasn't to "code". Except for the new thermostat inside, you couldn't even tell there had been work done. No dirt, dinged walls, etc. The outside was left neat. I would certainly recommend them. There was even a follow-up call later to see if everything was o.k I would certainly recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job.
Description of Work: I purchased a complete replacement heating and air system. The unit was on the second floor of my condo.
