DAHL HEAT & AIR

We're in a regular contract with them, so they come out periodically and do our Fall and Spring checks. We've been using them for several decades now. They're A all the way. We've never had the slightest problem with them.

We always do use them; we have for 20 years. The workers are very polite. They do everything well.

They do the cleaning and they get the job done, it's what you want. They've all been corteous.

The unit went out over a holiday weekend. I emailed them through Angie's List and then left a message on their answering machine. Before I could call Monday morning to confirm they had my request, they called me and told me they would get to me late that afternoon. I received a call before noon saying a service tech was available and could come sooner. Chris was very kind and professional. He fixed my unit. I am appreciative of their quick response to my request for service - especially following a long holiday weekend. I only wish their website had more information about the company - even office hours. Right now it says that information is coming. That seems like a waste of a website, but I figure they are a small company with expertise in heat and air, not websites. They will be my first choice next time I need service.

Great, he was polite and on time and still nice when I was grumpy at my husband for not looking at the wiring first. Only charged us for the initial service fee. Nice to talk to will use again!

I noticed the air handler was not blowing cold air out of the vents. I went outside to check the air compressor and it was running so I knew it had to be the air handler. I got on Angie's list and found Dahl heating and Air on the list of available heating and air companies. Dahl Heating and Air got great reviews. I called Dahl heating and Air and explained my problem They sent out a technician within an hour of me calling the main office. Travis the technician was great. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He was very informative of what the problem was and explained in detail what needed to be replaced and how long it would take to get the part. I had to leave for a business trip that afternoon so He was unable to complete the service until I returned from the trip. He called me several times while I was on the trip to let me know the part was in and when he was available to finish the job. Okay, who does that anymore! I was blown away by their service. Most companies you have to continually call them to find out what is going on. Travis personally called me. What a nice guy. Overall, the service and repairs were outstanding. The prices were in line with everyone else but they did have a 15% off coupon for Angie's list members. I helped with the overall cost. I highly recommend Dahl Heating and Air. Please ask for Travis to assure great service

The experience overall was very positive and expedicious.

They professional, prompt and had a reasonable price. I am working on a maintenance contract with them.

Technician came to house promptly and put freon into unit. He did not check for leaks. The freon leaked out immediately and we had to stay another night in a hotel. I called Dahl Heat and Air to complain and the manager Justin Eisenhour informed me he was not happy with the services perfomed by his technician. Justin refunded the entire bill ($314.46) AND paid our hotel bill ($142.00) DAHL Heat and Air may have made a mistake, like all of us do, but he went above and beyond to make things right. I would definitely use Dahl Heat and Air for services again in the future.

They inspected for quote. Quoted 2 options. I chose my desired unit, I prepped my duct work and exterior to save money. They installed the new and connected.

A/C condenser fan went out yesterday, I called this morning and they were able to work me in today. Awesomeness, since it is 102 out this afternoon. The technician called about 1:30 and showed up about 30 minutes later. They thoroughly explained all of the options and prices and and they were finished within an hour or so. Spectacular service and workmanship which is hard to find these days! Other companies we called were either twice as expensive on the service fee or couldn't show up for 4 to 5 days from today. Actually only one other company was willing to work us in today, but the service fee was nearly double.

They did a wonderful job and were very professional. They made sure everything was perfect and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the entire experience. I don't have a single complaint.

I'm pretty sure they'll be a contender when we collect estimates for a new AC system in the future.

Service Technician, Bob, was on time and when hediagnosed the problem, he carefully explained to me so that I understood why the replacement part was needed. He had to leave and go find a part. He came back and installed part and replaced a filter. I was pleased with the service and have had no futher problem.

They are very professional, honest, and polite. They gave 15% off. They checked for freon and everything, but all it needed was rinsed out and it works great.

I came home from work about 3 and my house was 90 degrees. Called Dahl (they had installed our heat unit previously) Was told they would try to get someone out and could definitely have someone out by the next morning. about 3:20 they called back and said someone would be there within 1/2 hour. The technician came out assessed the situation and told me the damages. I mentioned that we hadn't had the air conditioning serviced before the weather got hot and asked if they had a reminder program. he said they had a service agreement plan and if I signed up for it I would get a discount on the parts for that day's repair. He was able to fix my air conditioning with parts on his truck and my house is cool again. he did the spring check and will send a post card in the fall to schedule the fall servie

They did a really nice job with installing the system in 2004. The price was good; it was perfect. We tried to have them come out for service a month ago. They tried to schedule us for a holiday, which I thought was unusual. Then, they didn't show up on the holiday. We called them, and they said they would only come out on that day in an emergency. I'm sure they still do good work.

I called them because my a/c wasn't cooling. They did not call back. I called someone else and got the work done. They have a good record so I may call them again in the future.

I found that I had a leak in the garage from the attic, he found that the pipe for draining had not been properly placed therefore the leak into the attic. I was very satisfied that it was not going to cost me more then told to me over the phone. And I get another check in the fall under the paid amount... CANNOT BEAT THAT!!!

These guys new what they were doing. Might could have been cheaper, but not more honest or knowledgable. I'll definatly use them for all my H/AC work

They are a wonderful company. Their guys are always polite and smiling. I am totally happy with them. I pay them $115.00 per year, but then if you have an emergency or any other problems they don't increase the charge. You can talk to them. They are friendly, professional, and on time. That is important to me because I work and can't sit here all day waiting on them. The price is very reasonable.

They charged me $300 for the maintenance. They were really efficient and fast. They had a contract where they would come out twice a year. It was much cheaper to get them out for a service call if one had a contract with them. I was happy with them. I will use this company again in the future.

I have used Dahl Heat and Air for serveral years and always get the same great service. They call you back, they send someone promptly, and they fix the problem. Their service guys are always very friendly and knowledgeable. And they write up the invoice on the spot so you know how much its going to be but will bill you if you can't pay right then--no questions asked.
