They were great! They did a really good job and the price was reasonable. I was pleased with service. They did what I wanted them to do with no problems.

I had to have it replaced this last Spring and the company told me that there were a lot of mess ups with the original installation. I was never satisfied with their service. We would never use them again nor recommend them. I was really upset when I found them borrowing my husband's tools.

They did an adequate job. I had no problems with the service.

They are a reputable company. However, I think they are on the expensive side.

Selected this company based on proximity and positive reviews. Called mid-day, and was able to get an afternoon appointment for the following afternoon. Since the company also listed an e-mail address, went ahead and sent a few photos of the existing hardware for their reference. A reply was soon received indicating that they recommended replacing the assembly due to the unreliability of the after-market repair kit that was available, a price range estimate was given. The next day the serviceman arrived within about 10 minutes of the appointment time, and after obtaining my signature began work. Everything proceeded smoothly until a problem was encountered while trying to align the new assembly with existing holes in the wall/tile from the back (access to the plumbing was via the back-side of the shower/tub wall in the master bedroom). Apparently water had gotten through openings in the grout at some point in the past, so the force exerted was enough that a couple of them simply fell off into the tub. This prompted the serviceman to immediately stop and call back to the office, after he got off the phone, he explained that they were not liable for sheet-rock/tile damage then continued on (it should be noted that wall patching and tile replacement in connection with the repair were indeed explicitly excluded per the fine print right above the signature line). After completing the replacement, the serviceman verified that there were no leaks, cleaned-up the small amount sheet-rock debris that did not land on the drop-cloth he had put down, called-in my credit card information, and then left approximately two and a half hours after arrival. After making temporary repairs to the tiles as best as might be expected by a novice, I looked around online and it would appear that comparable valve sets could be purchased for under a hundred dollars. So from my perspective, the labor rate (including whatever service charges might have been included - not sure since the price was not itemized) worked-out to be effectively a good amount over $200/hour. Needless to say, this seemed a bit steep, hence the lower rating with regards to price. The work that was performed seemed fine, but before using this company again, will definitely get more details about the specific work that will (and perhaps more importantly, will not) be performed.

We had a water line blow on our second floor. We contacted Bailey Brothers and they were out to our home within two hours. They told us what it would cost, made the repairs and we are good as new. We will use them again in the future. We did ask them about replacing our upstairs water heater and they quoted us $1722.00. Pretty pricey. We will go a different route for that.

Great job of doing the estimate, and very personable. The technician was very knowledgable.

But after the new one was installed, the motor in my AC made a loud hum every thime it came on. the start up noise was so loud it would wake us out of our sleep at night. other people over the house would ask about the noise... it was very annoying.... i called bailey to come back out a evaluate the noise and motor. the tech acknowlegded the noise and suggested he set the motor to a lower rpm setting...so he did. after a couple of weeks we called them back because the noise was still loud. this time the tech replaced the motor. after replacing the motor, while still at our house, the tech called his boss to tell him it was still noisier than normal. we could over hear his boss chewing on him, telling him that we, the customers, didnt know what we were talking about and that all motors made noise. i called the boss directly the next day to complain about the noise and set an appt for him to come listen. he came to listen. he did notice the noise was louder than normal and took apart to unit to try and isolate the noise. he conclused it might be the fan cage and not the motor,but he didnt seem interested in trying to replace it. I had to call him back to try and get a quote or see if he was willing to try and take care of the noise. they quoted be another $350 to replace the fan cage.. do not think i care to give them anymore of my business.... tech was very nice.....boss, not so much.... sucks that i still have a problem with my AC after all this time, effort, and money......

I have used them twice in the past; once to totally replace my heating and air conditioning system and the second time to have the hot water heater replaced because my utility closest is extremely small and they had to disassemble part of the furnace to get the hot water heater installed. That's why I used the same guys to do both projects. I don't base most of my people that I do business with just by pricing alone. I don't mind paying a little more to get better quality. I have always been very pleased with Larry Bailey's response to my needs. I have a maintenance contract with them so I will use them again in the future.

Good quality work plus they gave me several options for repair, explaining the pros, cons and cost.

We have found BB to be accessible and affordable, even on weekends and holidays. Once we had a water leak on Sunday, and the plumber arrived looking like he was dressed for church. They give a written estimate prior to doing the work, and in some cases the final total was less than the quoted amount.

My upstairs central A/C unit had stopped blowing cold air at all, and the downstairs unit was pushing out a very low volume of air. We had Bailey Brothers out to give us an estimate on fixing them. They told us $700 for the upstairs unit and $600 for the downstairs. When they came out to fix them, the technician found that the problem was not as severe as they had originally thought. The total cost for BOTH units to be fixed was under $300. This is the 4th time we have used this company, and have found that this is a consistent customer service they perform. They not only come and do quality service every time, but they actually look for ways to save you money while they are there. I could not recommend this company strong enough to anyone needing plumbing, or AC/Heat repair done.

I called for a water heater to be repaired. The cost was for a weekend call only, no repairs, as I had agreed to. The price for either a repair or a replacement was about 30% above other estimates (including platform and upgrading to current code standards). During the 30-minute visit (remember, $188 just for the callout) the repairman felt it necessary to chat about a card game later. I paid for the call and no other services.

They tricked my grandmother into signing a finance contract. I now own the house and they have hot water coming out the outside faucets. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if the work was quality, but the fact that the work is bad just adds to the problems.

They were very professional and were very clean. They did great work. They got the job done very quickly. They showed up on time. They charged what they estimated.

I am very appreciative of Bailey Brothers for bailing me out of a bad situation. It is an honest company that does good work at a fair price. They did not take advantage of me. I have since hired Bailey to maintain the six cooling units on my property.

Bailey Brothers Heating did a great job. I loved working with them. I trust them and I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Bailey Brothers are fair, honest and courteous. They are neat and clean and do a good job. I will continue to use them and recommend them.
