+ -1 moreBailey Brother’s replaced the blower motor in our AC February 2021. Bracket on the motor broke over the weekend and caused the motor to be free spinning. We replaced the bracket to get through the weekend. Motor went out this afternoon again. Tech came out, told us the blower motor would be $1090 to install. Quoted us $4800 for a whole new internal unit. We had a blower motor we had from a friend, had tech wire it so that we could use that for the time being, cost us $135 for that and when we turned on the AC, it’s turns out the tech did not wire it correctly because it would not turn on. Husband called tech and he was told they would not come back out unless we bought the $1090 motor. We went to Durham’s on the south side of OKC, got the blower motor for $306 plus tax and a quote for the whole unit $1600. Office states their price includes installation. That would be $784 for installation of the blower motor and $3200 for the full unit.

+ -1 moreNEVER AGAIN WILL I USE BAILEY BROTHERS FOR ANYTHING! Have a difficult time believing the positive rating found on Angie's List for this provider. Having repeated my experience to several friends and acquaintances locally much to my displeasure discovered I was practically the only one in that circle that was unaware of the negative reputation attributed to Bailey-Brothers.
Description of Work: Well water system that has performed exceptionally for eight (8) years. Spliced water line to outside remote faucet. I had already dug the hole myself and located broken line prior to calling Bailey Brothers. Technician arrived as per agreed cut out 12 inch piece of pvc pipe, reconnected. Replaced pressure module inside that regulates well pump and spliced in an inline cut-off valve to the outside faucets that attach to house. Technician's work was done in less than two (2) hours. Chatted with the technician after service completed until I discovered he was waiting around for an appointment on another job. OMG! $900 bill! Technician was nice guy, personable but charges were outrageously expensive for service performed. Retrospectively my water pressure dropped to ZERO (0) PSI when attempted to use remote faucet therefore no water pressure ...no water anywhere! Have called someone else that had used years ago.....my water problem was resolved and only cost was a service call.

+ 0 moreMy husband accidently brushed the weed-eater over the low voltage wire from the house to the AC unit outside. The AC worked... but we didn't trust that it would continue to work. So, we called Bailey Brothers to schedule an appointment. Larry, general manager, came to assess the situation. Prompt, professional, experienced. He diagnosed the problem immediately. The previous owner had used the incorrect wire AND there were multiple connections... a fire hazard waiting to strike. He and another technician came back about two hours later and replaced the wire from the outside unit to the interior furnace. They were polite, and their work ethic was fantastic. We will call Bailey Brothers again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreService man came out to the house on time and ready to work. I told him several roofers came out and said the leak was internal and you will have to call a plummer. He responded and went up in the attic looking for the water leak. He found a small 1/2 inch copper pipe leaking in the suspected area. I couldn't find it when I went up there looking earlier.The charges were very fair since he had to craw in the attic on a warm day and find the pipe. He repaired the copper pipe and showed me the pin hole leak in the pipe.I kept it.I am pleased with the service and would call them if I need another plummer. Good Job!

+ -1 moreWe were pleased with Bailey Brothers Plumbing Heating and AC. We had an issue with one of the toilets in which a part broke and fell in the toilet. The crew stayed all day to complete the work and even the owner of Bailey Brothers came by and assured us that the problem would not affect the usage of the toilet. Bailey Brother’s provided a written guarantee that should anything happen they would cover the repairs.
Description of Work: Bailey Brothers Plumbing Heating and AC installed new toilets in the house and installed a faucet and an ice-maker in the kitchen.

+ -1 moreThey charge a service call fee, but they don't charge that if you then have work done. The next water bill was low, and the city reimburses me that much when the repairs are done. He was very clean and very professional. I used the same company for my heating and air conditioning. They installed my furnace 10 years ago, and I have a yearly service plan with them.
Description of Work: I used Bailey Brothers Plumbing Heating and AC for some plumbing. I had a high water bill, and the city suggested I had a slow leak, and I called them, and they found a slow trickle in my bathrooms, and he replaced the two pipes in the front and back bathroom.

+ -1 moreThe new one broke down within 2 summers. They came out , checked it , apparently it was leaking anti freeze. Said they would return and never showed up again. Had to have someone else work on it many times. Hoping to get a new, much better one soon with the help of Angie's list.

+ -1 moreI gave a B on punctuality but that was because he had hard time finding my location, otherwise, the dispatcher contacted me ahead of time as requested so I could put our dogs outside! The plumber asked really good questions about what was going on in the bathroom to really understand what the issues were, even when i didn't give very clear information! He was polite and thorough and kept me updated on the costs each step of the way. He even left me with some tips on how to avoid issues in the future. I had a hard time getting the previous company we used for our plumbing needs to contact us, but when i used angie's list and found these guys they had an appointment scheduled and a person out here very promptly. I am very satisfied with this service and will use them again in the future!

+ 0 moreThe work has always been done very well. We call and most of the time they are out here within an hour or two. They have a policy that if if they just come out for a service call it is $88. They will come out and give you a quote or make the repairs needed. The $88 is then applied to any worked performed. The work is really good. I have never had to call them back to fix something that they have done. The price is in line with what other people are charging. Their people all knowledgeable. They have always been pleasant. The people who have come out, have completed the work and explained what they have done. When ever I have a plumbing problem, I call them.

+ -1 moreI think they charge an awful lot for a yearly call. I thought it would be under warranty. However, they wanted to charge me to service the unit for the season. They did a good job. I have no problem with the work. I spent over 7,000 dollars and I would like a little more of a courtesy or the service calls to be under warranty for at least a couple of years. I got the wrong impression and expected more for my money. However, they did a good job on the work performed and did what they were supposed to.
