Description of Work: Clean all under slab ducts, minor repairs and applied duct sealant as necessary. Clean, thorough, and conscientious.

Description of Work: They cleaned and sanitized all of our vents, returns and registers -- upstairs and downstairs. They did a very thorough and professional job, and we would recommend them. Size of house is roughly 2800sf.

Description of Work: Two technicians arrived about 15 minutes early. They cleaned 8 air ducts and two return air ducts. Also they fogged the system to reduce allergens. No hassle, good service, fair price. Very happy with the result, my wife and I no longer awake with stuffy noses in the morning.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the ducts and the air return. I would have appreciated seeing a clean liner placed into the unit prior to the cleaning. Other than that, they were very nice and I appreciated their work.

Description of Work: Mike Charles came out and ran a camera down the vents. He reported and I saw that they were hard metal and needed cleaning bad. He counted the vents and gave me a price. I had one other person bidding and they didn't call or show up. I had talked with one contractor and they gave me a price, but didn't come and inspect the job. Their price was lower, but I need to see the person and get a feel for their integrity. The other company did come out but were more than double what I eventually paid and they wanted to sell me an ultraviolet system, too. Again for more than double what I paid to have the vents cleaned. Jay and Jason came out on time and went to work immediately. They said about 2 and 1/2 hours and were spot on. They showed us how much stuff came out of our ducts, 2 bags full. They fumigated the vents to kill any bacteria or mold. When we came back home, the house smelled really fresh and clean. Thanks for such a professional job. |

Description of Work: Mr Charles was able to make a service call the next day to assess and inspect the duct system in the home we are planning to purchase. He was thorough and provided us with a detailed video and report of the whole system. His price was much better than another we had talked to. He was extremely professional. We plan to hire him back for cleaning once home is purchased.

Description of Work: They arrived in time and finished quickly. In the phone he told me he used cameras and would show me the ducts before cleaning. He didn't show me the ducts he just started working. One of the vent covers is barely hanging on by the screws and I have to replace it. Make sure you slow him down and take the time to review what he did. Very very friendly guys. they sold me the lifetime return vent filters that are washable. The filters arrived on time and we love them.
