really, sub-par work. The vacuum smelled dusty, I had to follow the guy around to be sure he did all the vents after he told me he had done 2 downstairs and they were both full of dirt in the box part before it goes back to the vent. Overall, I wish I'd gone with a more expensive company that I found on my own. This has made me mistrustful of Angie's list as well. Disappointing.

Mike, the owner, offered amazing amazing service! We have a 50 year old house and the duct work needed to be resealed and coated before we could sell it. Mike explained everything and worked hard to get everything done before the closing. Gavin, his worker, was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. This company did an excellent job. Gave good information over the phone, and quoted me a price. The employees showed up on time and completed the job, showed me the pictures inside the vents, and charged me the quoted price. Took about 2.5 hours for a 1600 sf house.

We were greeted by Jay and Jason who were very polite and personable. They did a great job and it didn't take long. We have never had our vents cleaned before and I was a little nervous about what they would find. I guess the vents were pretty dirty but we were thrilled to find out that all our ducts were in good shape with no leaks. They did run the camera through before they started. I needed a single duct cleaned that had dirt in it and it had to be done right away. I called Mike and he said that Jason could leave from his current job in about 45 minutes and it would take him another 30 minutes to get to my house. Sure enough he was there and Mike texted me upon his arrival. Jason and Mike are very knowledgeable and professional. Jason first scoped out the duct using a professional high resolution video camera that can travel over 50 feet in the duct. He assessed the situation immediately. He then used a high power HEPA filtered vacuum and removed the dirt and debris while simultaneously snaking the camera along with the vacuum hose. When done, he then used a rotating brush on the vacuum to thoroughly clean the duct up to the main joint. The duct was inspected again using the camera and it was clean. Jason also patched a hole in my floor register too. When the job was done, the area was cleaned up and everything was put back into place. I am very pleased and happy with their work and their prices. There are other duct cleaning services in the OKC metro, but few who have the tools and professionalism of Allergy Control Duct Cleaning. I called some others for an estimate and they couldn't come out immediately and they also said I would have to contact another company for video scope inspection. The service you're getting is not just duct cleaning, but an inspection of your entire duct system. In about 2 weeks I will have the whole house cleaned with 13 remaining ducts and each duct will go through video scope inspection along with the main plenum. The whole process is really very cool and exciting knowing your ducts are clean and fully functioning!

They cleaned all air ducts in house (11) plus 2 return air ducts. Did a great job and were very professional in all aspects. Recommended that I clean again in 5 years. Was totally satisfied with there work and great attitudes.

We met Mike at the January Home Show in OKC and spoke with him at length about cleaning our ducts. He gave us full and detailed answers to our questions. When I got home I decided to check him out on Angie's List. Based on our interaction with him and the Angie's List reviews we decided to hire Mike. This week Jay and Jason came to our home to perform the work. The results were, in a word, excellent. Both Jay and Jason were friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions. They also kept us informed on their progress and findings as they cleaned the ducts. The quality of their work from start to finish was excellent. I would not hesitate to again hire Mike, Jay and Jason or to, as I have already done, recommend them to others.

They arrived at the designated day/time. They used a camera to look at the vents up to the unit to make sure that there weren't problems. The noted dust build-up. They cleaned each vent of dust. They estimated 2 hours for the vents but they finished up a little early. They gave a price & stuck to that price. I thought that the service was well worth the price & would use the again if needed.

He's really punctual, courteous and very easy to work with. I'll definitely use him again! He's very responsive even though I know he's really busy. I was really impressed because he had to come back out a second time to check the attic, and there was no charge (he had injured his thumb elsewhere). He's very honest!

I was very happy with their services. They were on time, helpful and did a great job. I really do notice a difference in how the air smells (or doesn't!) and how little dusting I need to do now.

When I moved into my house almost two years ago I had someone clean the ducts. Their was rust in one boots. The previous owner had covered it up by putting a napkin over it. Last summer I decided to get it fixed. I ended up needing two boots and my plenum needed to be fixed. I had Mike come out and give me an estimate. When he came he gave me a flyer that gives you the impression he coats not only the plenum but also the vents. He sent me the video of scanning with a quote $3335.00 before any discounts. He does give a military discount. A few people told me this sounded high. I thought if it saved me from putting vents in my ceiling right now then it would be worth. Plus I was really sold on cleaning out the vents since I have bad allergies. The day they came it was pretty hot. They had to shut off my a/c before starting the work. The machine is pretty loud. Mike seemed kind of scattered. I would tell him to do something or remind him of something we talked. Then I would have to remind him again. For instance he didn't put the covers to my vent on correctly. They are tight vents and he left on of the covers half off. Wouldn't be that big of a deal. Just annoying since the quote was so high. They finished their work and left. The a/c guy had come and turned on the a/c. The house wasn't cooling down. After a few hours I asked my neighbor to come over. I wanted to make sure it wasn't me. She said no it feel warm. I called Mike who then called the a/c guy. He didn't come out. He called and gave me a hard time. Made me feel like an idiot who broke my a/c. My a/c was working perfectly fine before they did any work. Again this is a hot day. I was pretty aggravated. Finally I called another a/c company. The came and did some stuff to the a/c and it was fixed. At the same time he looked at Mikes work. He said that he could see the vents were still dirty. He actually found a candy bar wrapper!!!! He was shocked at the price I paid. He said he could have put in new vents in my ceiling for that price. I was shocked. And felt like a fool. I called Mike the next day and he agree to give me a refund. I went with Mike because of the Angie's list reviews. I do not think people really are getting what they paid for. If I had not had another a/c guy check the vents I would have thought all of that work was fine. Please be ware of this company. Have someone check their work.
