"They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

The first time they rescheduled appointments two times and neither time did they tell me they just sent an email that only appears to confirm your time. I was happy with the work even though it seemed a bit expensive. Then my stovetop broke 3 weeks later and I have had the exact same experience. They keep having to reschedule and they keep sending out different techs. When you contact the company they tell you nobody else complains and you're the only one. Very unprofessional. I'm finding somebody else to do my appliance repairs."
