Tulsa Truck Loading & Unloading

The move was to my daughter's house. Because her large furniture did not fit well into the living room it took more time as she tried to make it work. They patiently moved stuff around. When we thought we were done with the move we decided the only way to have it look nice was to move a piece around to a back rec room. Of course, the clock was ticking so the price reflects the 'decorator' help they gave. One framed print did get a crack in the glass and Roland was called and he would take and have it replaced. In future moves I would always want to have this company. I have moved many times locally and long distance and they gave the best service of any company.

Overall the experience could not have been better. After I described what needed to be moved the owner gave me an estimate over the phone.This was a household move from western Oklahoma to Owasso, a distance of over 200 miles. The crew (2 persons) left Tulsa at 0700 and arrived at 10:45, promptly surveyed the task at hand and had the truck loaded in under an hour. They were very careful with the furniture. They wrapped most items in blankets. After refueling the truck, they arrived at the destination in Owasso at 4pm. They unloaded the truck, assembled the bed, arranged the furniture in about an hour. The crew was very courteous, asked good questions, and most of all were very careful and efficient. The bill was exactly as the verbal estimate. No surprises. I would certainly use this company again.....

Everything went great. Set up an appointment on rather short notice (about four days ago) and they arrived on time, were very polite, professional - got right to work, and worked non-stop. Even let me know when it was nearing the time that we would have to leave in order to be sure to make it to the under the three hour mark, which was our goal. I would absolutely use them again.

Very professional and punctual. These guys know what they are doing. We moved into the house with three guys and it was back breaking work because of the heavy furniture, all the corners, and narrow hallway. They wrapped the furniture with blankets and shrink wrap so nothing was damaged. They also took apart what would not fit in one piece through the door and reassembled it in the new home. I was a little disappointed that they would not move some cabinets made of particle board upstairs in the new home without taking it apart. However, when I tried to move them myself in one piece they started to fall apart. Based upon this experience I would say they know what they are doing. They also moved all the stuff in a rapid manner. Over all this was my first experience with a mover and a good one. I will use them again.

These people are great ! I called and made appointment with Roland for truck and 3 men. They showed up on time. Went to work and wrapped furniture to prevent damage. Loaded and delivered with no problem. They knew what they were doing and I did not have to deal with some clerk in an office like the other people I called on. They did not scratch or bend or drop or damage anything and were true pros in the household moving business. ( I even used a $25 coupon from Angies List). Good Job Guys !!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very responsive by phone on initial contact and leading up to the move. Very reasonably priced and very professional. They showed up right on time, and worked quickly. They were very courteous and attentive. They wrapped everything and were good to point out any damage or scratches to furniture before loading. They moved our 2 bedroom (3 story) condo into our new house in around 4 hours (the two were only 1/4 mile apart so travel time was minimal). Roland's goal truly is a stress-free, enjoyable experience for the customer - and he succeeds. I will recommend this company to everyone I know, and will not use anyone else for my moving needs if at all possible.

Outstanding service - polite, punctual, hard working

My wife and I own a two-unit duplex and live in one of the units. Do to repairs needed for the unit we live in, we moved to the other unit back in March. The repairs were completed the middle of August and we were ready to move back. Wanting to use a moving company who would do a good job, I looked on Angie's List. I liked what I saw in regard to Tulsa Truck Loading & Unloading and gave them a call. I am so glad I did! Everything went well! Roland and Chris were who moved us. Other than being prompt, courteous and professional; they knew what they were doing! Not only were our belongings carefully handled, but Roland and Chris were proactive in planning how each item would be moved before lifting them. I was especially thrilled when Roland checked inside a bookcase and removed shelves that we forgot to remove earlier. That exemplified that our best interests were being looked after! In regards to "special needs", they were extremely respectful of our concern of our pets not getting loose. There was so much opening and closing of doors going on, it was a bit crazy, but neither Roland nor Chris left any opportunity for one of our pets to run out! Another "special need" was my wife measuring the placement of each piece of furniture. Personally, having a six-foot piece of furniture of center by 1/2" is good enough, my wife does not agree. Roland and Chris assisted my wife in centering (or placing) the furniture exactly where she believed the pieces should be and never once did they seem bothered or annoyed with her wants. Our experience with Tulsa Truck Loading & Unloading was an enjoyable one. Never before did we have such a problem-free move! It was so problem-free; I almost forgot to mention what a bargain the hourly rate was! If I ever move again, I will be using Tulsa Truck Loading & Unloading. Until then, I will recommend them to anyone I know needs to hire a moving company.

I called Roland in the beginning of August, 2013 to book August 30th as our move date. They showed up exactly on time, took a look around, asked me what I wanted done, and got right to work. They were clean and professional. They padded and wrapped everything. They didn't waste any time. We had a 4 bedroom house and an outdoor living area that they completely took apart and moved to our new home in 9 hours. They even moved everything out of the attic of our old home. I would highly recommend Roland and if I move again in the future, they will be the only call I make to a moving company.

I talked with Roland to make an appointment to get an accurate estimate by coming to look at our storage units. We set a time, date and location to meet. Then he called back and asked if we could move the estimate date up a day, ok. that's fine. Then he called that day to let me know the current move was taking long than expected. I told him if they got finished while it was still daylight to call me. He called me to say he was headed to the storage around 7 pm but was at 91st South, not 96th Street North. I told him nevermind, I'll just do something else. He calls me again at 7:40 to tell me he was sitting at my storage now. I was out running errands so I stop what I was doing and went over to meet him. Showed him our storage units, got a price and a tentative date. this is at dark on Friday. I called the next afternoon to confirm we wanted them to move our stuff on the date Roland mentioned and left a voice mail. I received a call an hour later telling me they gave that appointment away and they couldn't move me until the week of July 6. I am very disappointed by this group.

He called the day before to see if we had made the move from MI. We were in the midst of storms coming to OK that day. He changed his scheduled time to earlier to accommodate our needs! He and his employee were prompt, always professional, worked fast trying to keep our wood items from getting wet. There was no damage caused by them and I would not hesitate using them again or referring them to others.

This is a great business which I would highly recommend!! They were punctual, wrapped everything in blankets (actually took better care of my items than I do at times!) and did not stop until the job was done! I was very impressed with both employees who worked extremely well together. If you need good movers, use these guys!!!

Moved from one house to another in Bixby. They arrived on time and went to work. It was raining and they were very careful to wrap heach piece before taking it outside. Same on the delivery. Moving furniture to hardwood floors they made sure the felt pads were on each piece befor they sat the piece in the room. They were very accomodating. Great experience, I would use them again,

Moved our 3+ bedroom household from a second floor apartment and a large storage unit into our new home. They did it in almost half the time as it took the big name movers (two men...truck) to do this same move six months ago. Another huge difference was that nothing was damaged, including some large antique furniture. They did everything without complaining, and they were clearly professionals. This was the third moving company we've used in Tulsa, and by far the best!

Overall it was a great experience. Made it so stress free for us to have these guys come and move us. Right away I could see how careful they were and it really put me at ease. I had never used movers before I didnt really know what to expect. They took down our beds and put them back together. Hooked up our fridge and washer/dryer at new place. This was money well spent. I have already recommended them to my in-laws who will be moving soon. And I would definitely use them again with no hesitation.

They were really, really good. They were so good that my father is actually going to use them as well. They were very helpful, quick and careful with my things. They went above and beyond. They did some extra things for me too that wasn't in the contract. After the move they went with my father to move a large TV from my sons home.
